「憲法」判例には「統治機構」判例が含まれ、重要な判例も数多く存在する。本演習では、「統治機構」判例及び関連学説を学習することを通じて、「統治機構」論に関する多くの知見を得ることを目的とする。

 「〇〇法曹実務演習」は、学部教育と法科大学院教育の橋渡しを目的とする演習である。

 本演習（＝「憲法法曹実務演習Ⅰ」）では、法律家にとって必要不可欠の能力である「読解力」の養成を目的とし、最近及び過去の重要な憲法判例を4つ（か3つ）取り上げて、精読する。「読解力」養成を志す学生であれば、法律家志望（≒法曹コース登録者）でなくても受講生として歓迎する。

 In this seminar, students will read 4 court decisions in the field of constitutional law. The predominant focus will be to read the text accurately and grasp its structure.

 本演習では、演習参加者の関心のある主題について、その分野の主な最高裁判例とそれに関連する評釈・論文を読んで検討する。本演習の目的は、憲法判例法理を正確に読解した上で、それと対話しながら、裁判所を説得しうるような、よりよい憲法解釈論を構成する力を養成することである。

 本演習は、判例研究・政策研究を通じて、社会保障法制が現在直面している法的問題・政策課題や制度の理念についての理解を深めると同時に、演習内での報告・議論を通じてプレゼンテーション能力・論理的思考力を高めることを目的とします。

 演習は、報告班による報告をもとに、全員で議論する方式をとります。

 原則として対面で実施します。

 資料の配布等は、対面で配布のほか、Google Classroom を利用します(クラスコード：4vnkwpa）。

In this seminar, participants are required to give some presentations on social security law and discuss with the other students. The aim of this seminar is to understand actual questions around social security systems and enhance the abilities of logical thinking and presentation.

本授業では、刑法に関する重要判例の検討を通じて、判例をより正確に理解するとともに、刑法に関する知見を深めることを目的とする。

The purpose of this class is to understand precedents more accurately and to deepen knowledge of criminal law, through the analysis of important precedents.

  民事訴訟法法曹実務演習

本演習では、民事訴訟法の基本的な理解を確認しつつ、実務的な観点を踏まえて問題を解決する能力を養うことを目的とする。本学法科大学院でも用いられている教材（三木浩一＝山本和彦編『ロースクール民事訴訟法（第５版）』）の中から重要と思われる問題を取り上げて学習することで、法科大学院での学習の橋渡しとなることを目指す。

This seminar teaches the basics of the Civil Procedural Law especially from practical points of view. The textbook in Tohoku Lawschool is used in this seminar: K.MIKI/K.YAMAMOTO, Law School; Civil Procedural Law.

日本国憲法の解釈論を主題とする講義では、大別して、憲法総論、人権論（人権総論及び人権各論）、統治機構論の3 つの内容を扱う。本講義では、このうち憲法総論及び人権総論を扱う。本講義では、憲法総論及び人権総論に関する専門的知識を学習し、憲法総論及び人権総論に関する諸問題について判断・解決する能力を養成することを目的とする。

This is one of three courses which teach the basics of constitutional law in Japan. This course covers the topics relating to the constitutional ideas, history, principles, and the protection of individual rights.
