日本を中心とした公教育制度の発達過程をたどると同時に、教育の仕組みを法律・行政・経営という視点から捉えて現代の教育の課題を明らかにする。
Based on an understanding of the developmental process of the education system in Japan and other countries, we will identify issues in contemporary education from a legal and institutional perspective of the education system.
本授業は、教育原理に引き続き、教育職員免許状取得にあたり、教育に関する基礎的・基本的な知識等を身につけ、これをもとに教育のあるべき姿を自ら考える力を身につけることを目的とする。
教育原理では教育の本質や目的に関する事項を中心に扱ったが、本授業では教育の制度と経営という科目の性格上、教育の社会的、制度的、経営的な内容を学校教育との関連で学んでいく。その際、焦点をできるだけ絞って各回のテーマを設定し、受講者の皆さんがそれぞれのテーマをじっくりと考えることができるような形で進める。とくに教育に関する社会的、制度的、経営的な事項を、公教育の理念とその制度、日本の学校制度のあり方と教育行政の関係、学校、生徒、教員に関連する教育関係法規を理解し、中学校・高等学校教員としての教職に求められる基礎的・基本的な知識等を身につけてもらいたいと考えている。授業内容の詳細は、下記の授業内容・方法と進度予定の欄を確認して下さい。
本授業では、わが国における学校教育の社会的な成り立ちとその制度を概観するとともに、現代日本の学校教育をめぐる諸問題・諸課題を学校教育の経営という視点から考察する。その過程で、社会と教育のありうる関係とその意義、および子供の人間形成と社会にとっての学校教育の意味を明らかにしてゆく。本授業は基本的には講義形式で進めるが、毎時学生に課す小レポート（振り返り）をもとに、授業の理解の定着と深化を図る時間を設ける。
【授業方法】
本授業は基本的にハンドアウトに基づき、講義形式で進める。
毎授業時間の終了時に10分程度の時間を使い、授業内容に関する課題をミニットペーパーにて小レポートとして作成し、提出する。提出された課題に対しては必要に応じ解説および補足説明を行い、授業内容の理解を深める。
【目的・概要】
日本及び諸外国の社会保障の概念および理念，医療・福祉・年金等について総合的に概説し、保健医療福祉行政の基本的な考え方・法的基盤及び具体的な施策について講義する。児童福祉・障害者（児）福祉、病院内での医療相談支援、地域医療の様々な問題について、具体例を通して実際の保健医療福祉計画の企画及び評価について学ぶ。また、予防医学が社会保障制度や医療経済に与える影響について将来像とあわせて捉える。
To understand a comprehensive overview of the concept of social security in Japan and other countries, healthcare, welfare, pensions, etc., and the basic concept, legal basis and specific measures of healthcare and welfare administration.
To learn about the planning and evaluation of actual health and medical welfare plans through specific examples on child welfare and disability (child) welfare, medical consultation support in hospitals, and various issues of local medical service.
In addition, the impact of preventive medicine on the social security system and healthcare economy will be captured along with the future vision.
本授業では、教育に関連する基本的な諸概念を的確に踏まえるとともに、教育に関する理念や思想およびその歴史について、さらに現代日本にもつながる学校教育の歴史的な成り立ちについて概観する。その過程において、受講生各自の教育体験を振り返らせることによって、教育を支える諸要因とそれら相互の関係についての理解と確認を図る。授業は基本的には講義形式で進めるが、毎時受講生にワークを課して、授業の理解の定着と深化を図る。
In this class, we will provide an accurate understanding of basic concepts related to education, and will also provide an overview of the philosophy and thought behind education, its history, and the historical formation of school education, which is connected to modern Japan. In the process, by having students reflect on their educational experiences, we aim to understand and confirm the factors that support education and their mutual relationships. Classes are basically taught in a lecture format, but students are assigned to work every hour to help establish and deepen their understanding of the class.

本講義では、社会問題に「法」がどのように関わっているかを学ぶことにより、問題処理能力を養うことを目的とします。法学とは、人々が共に暮らす社会をいかにして安定させるかを考える学問です。講義の中では、法についての基礎的知識を提供するとともに、それを踏まえた上で、現実の社会の具体的問題を「法的」に検討します。法を学ぶに当たっては、自分と意見を異にする人との対話が有益です。対話を通じて、物事の解決に唯一の「正解」は存在しないことを知り、自分自身で考えてみる訓練をすることが重要となります。
The objective of this course is to develop abilities in solving problems through learning how law is involved in societal issues. The study of law is an academic discipline that considers how to provide stability to society in which people live together. The lectures will provide basic knowledge about law, and on the basis of such knowledge, consider specific issues within actual society from a legal perspective.
