教育行政学の基本概念と争点 / Basic Concepts and Controversies in Education Policy Studies.
教育行政学の対象領域に関する法的概念とその理論的背景を理解しつつ、不登校や外国人の子ども、困難を抱えた若者などの現代的教育課題に関わる争点について検討を加えていく。
The aim of this course is to help students understand legal concepts and theoretical backgrounds related to education policies. It also enhances the development of students’ understanding on controversies about current educational issues, i.e., school refusal, foreign children in Japan and at-risk youth.
・教育行政学の基本概念（法的概念および理論的背景に関する知識）の獲得
・教育行政学の基本概念を用いて現代的教育課題を分析する力の獲得
The goals of this course are to
1) obtain basic knowledge about school system and education policy in Japan, especially the legal concepts and theoretical debates.
2) be able to analyze the current educational issues based on correct understanding the legal concepts and theoretical debates about education policy.
