公教育制度の成立と展開
Establishment and development of the education system
日本を中心とした公教育制度の発達過程をたどると同時に、教育の仕組みを法律・行政・経営という視点から捉えて現代の教育の課題を明らかにする。
Based on an understanding of the developmental process of the education system in Japan and other countries, we will identify issues in contemporary education from a legal and institutional perspective of the education system.
・「公教育」の概念および「公教育」としての学校の成立過程を理解する。
・現在のわが国の基本的な教育関係法規についての知識を得る。
・現在のわが国の教育行政の仕組みを理解する。
・諸外国における教育制度の特徴を理解する。
・Understand the concept of "public education" and the process by which it was established.

①8回目の中間まとめで実施する確認テスト（60点）
②15回目の最終まとめで実施する確認テスト（40点）
③毎回の授業で課すミニットペーパーの内容が総じて優れている場合には、10点を上限として加点することがある。
※その他：全体を通して5回以上の欠席があった場合には、原則として15回目の確認テストの受験を認めない。
Comprehensive evaluation from the following perspectives.
①Mid-term Exam score：60 points
②Final Exam score： 40 points
③Each class assignment：Possibility to add points within a range of 10 points.
※Students who are absent more than 5 times throughout the entire course will not be allowed to take the final examination.
講義内容について講義資料や参考書等を用いて復習を行うこと。
