本演習は、中国政治に関する学術論文の作成を目的とする。学生は、ワークショップと個別指導を通じて、問題設定、資料収集、議論の組み立て、論文執筆、プレゼンテーションの準備と実施など学術活動の基本を習得することを目指す。
This seminar provides undergraduate level students an opportunity to develop basic skills to conduct archival research and write academic papers dealing with Chinese politics.
この演習の目的は、政治思想史に関する学術論文の作成方法を学ぶことである。学生は、個別指導や研究報告を通じて、学術的な問題設定、プレゼンテーション、先行研究や資料の調査、文章作成の技術など、学術活動の基本的方法を習得することができる。
The aims of this course are to learn how to to write academic research paper and to promote presentation skills. This course gives useful advices to students for the field of the history of political thought.
中国政治を包括的に分析するための専門的視座を養いつつ、アカデミックなコミュニケーション・スキルを磨くことを目的として、専門書を読み、それを題材としたプレゼンテーションとディスカッションをおこなう。
今回は、日本の同盟国であるアメリカのアジア戦略に関する専門書を通読しつつ、アメリカの対アジア戦略の最大の課題となっている中国に対して日本としてどのような姿勢をとるべきかについて検討・議論する。
This seminar will examine the history of America's strategical posture towards Asia. The class will be taught in Japanese.
１．目的
本科目では、化学・バイオ工学研修B（卒業研究）に関連した国内外の優れた学術論文を調査し、その内容を理解し、発表会形式にて紹介することを通じて、卒業研究に関する、世界の研究動向、研究レベル、研究課題、研究手法を明確・整理し、卒業研究の円滑なる実施と化学技術者・研究者としての姿勢・方法論を学ぶことを目的とする。
２．概要
卒業研究配属の研究室で検討・決定された卒業研究テーマに関して、各教員の指導を受けながら、関連する学術論文等を調査し、卒業研究の推進に役立つ論文を選定し、各人の卒論テーマとの関係を考慮しながら、その内容を理解、要約して発表会抄録としてまとめる。6月に教員・学生が出席する発表会で文献内容を紹介するとともに、質疑応答により関連事項まで含めた理解を深める。

・選定文献の内容を理解し、その独創的な点を抄録として要約できる。
・文献内容と卒業研究テーマとの学問的関係を把握する。
・文献内容の工学的意義を理解できる。
・文献内容を卒業研究の計画立案に利用できる。
・論理的記述力、討論・発表能力の基礎力を修得する。
1. Object
In this course, students search internationally distinguished papers relating to Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Seminar B (Graduation research thesis). They summarize what has been extensively researched in a cutting-edge field to understand the trend and international level on the research field. Through their understanding and presentation on the papers, this course offers an opportunity to have a similar experience to graduation research and also provides an opportunity to learn a methodology to be chemical engineers and researchers
2. Abstract
According to the advice of supervisors, students search some papers that facilitate the progress of graduation research thesis and prepare an abstract for your presentation in front of academic staffs and students in June. Through their presentation and discussion with attendees they deepen their understanding on the research field.
3. Goal of study
- Understanding the content of paper selected with summarizing the originality of the paper for preparing an abstract.
- Comprehension of the relation between the paper content and that of content for graduation research thesis.
- Understanding the engineering meaning in the paper selected
- Availability of the paper content for designing the graduation research thesis
- Development of basic skills on logical description, discussion and presentation
本演習では、行政学や政治学、より広くには社会科学に関連する学術文献を輪読し、議論を行う。そのことを通じて、行政学や政治学に関する学術的知識や研究の手法を習得し、ひいては社会科学に対する受講生の理解を促進することを目的とする。今期は政策過程に焦点を当てた著作を輪読する予定である。なお、具体的な内容や進度は受講生と相談の上、決定する。
The goal of this seminar is that students will obtain academic knowledge and skills through reading and discussing books and articles about social sciences including public administration, policy studies, and political science. In this term, we will read some books on policy studies.
受講者各自が中国思想、哲学についての研究テーマを選択して研究発表を行い、研究水準を向上させるとともに、明晰な表現力、質問に的確に答え、効果的に人を説得する能力も涵養する。さらには、他の受講生の発表への批評を通して、他者の意見を批判的に吟味する機会ともする。
The aim of this course is to supply students with an opportunity of delivering their own essay on any philosophical topic they choose, and thereby to help them to enhance their level of research, to develop their ability to express their thought clearly, to respond to each question accurately, and to persuade others effectively. Students are also given a chance of thinking critically about other opinions, through commenting on essays of other students.
