文化により人間の行動や心理にどのような違いがみられるのだろうか。文化による違いはなぜ生じるのだろうか。異なる文化に接触したとき人間に何が生じるのだろうか。これらの問いを念頭に、この授業では、文化を研究主題にして成果をあげている心理学の理論と研究例を解説する。

この海外インターンシップでは、長期休業中に２週間海外の日本語教育の現場に行き、どんな日本語学習者が海外の日本語教育の現場で学んでいて、どのような授業が実施されているのかを知るとともに、日本語の授業を見学・参加したり、現地学生の日本語学習者とともに日本文化ワークショップを実施したりして実践経験を積む。事前研修では、現地のことば、文化を知るワークショップを開催するだけではなく、異文化適応の過程、異文化受容の態度も学び、現地研修に備える。事前研修の中で日本文化ワークショップの内容の検討も行う。現地研修では、授業見学、参加だけではなく、日本文化ワークショップの内容の検討を現地学生と共同開催することから、異なる言語・文化的背景をもつ現地の日本語学習者とのコミュニケーションを通して、文化を異にする者の物事の捉え方やコミュニケーションの様相、方略について理解を深め、対人関係能力・異文化調整能力を向上させることをねらいとしている。
In this overseas internship program, students will visit Japanese language education sites overseas for two weeks during their long vacation to learn what kind of Japanese language learners are studying in overseas Japanese language education sites and what kind of classes are being conducted, observe and participate in Japanese language classes, and conduct workshops on Japanese culture with local student learners of Japanese. In addition to holding workshops to learn about the local language and culture, participants will also learn about the process of cross-cultural adaptation and attitudes toward cross-cultural acceptance in preparation for the on-site training. The content of the Japanese culture workshop will also be discussed during the pre-training. In the on-site training, students will not only observe and participate in classes, but also discuss the content of the Japanese culture workshop with local students, so that through communication with local Japanese language learners with different linguistic and cultural backgrounds, they will deepen their understanding of how people from different cultures perceive things and the aspects and strategies of communication. The aim is to deepen understanding of how people from different cultures perceive things, communication styles and strategies, and to improve interpersonal and cross-cultural coordination skills through communication with local Japanese language learners with different language and cultural backgrounds.
この授業では、コミュニティ・文化・社会行動などに関する社会心理学の論文を読解する。それぞれの論文でとりあげられている主要な理論を理解するとともに、実際に研究を進める方法論を学ぶことが目的である。毎回，受講生は、課題論文を読み、レポートを提出する。授業では課題論文の解説をおこなうとともに，レポートの内容についてフィードバックをおこなう。
In this course, students explore articles about community and culture. In every class, students are required to submit short reports.
2者関係から社会全体までさまざまなレベルの集団や集合体を視野に入れて人間の社会性を論じる。授業では社会心理学の理論モデルや研究例を、日常の具体的現象に関連づけながら解説していく。
An introduction to social psychological research and theory regarding interpersonal relations and group processes.
人間社会情報科学専攻に所属する人文・社会科学系の教員が、それぞれの研究分野・専門の立場から、高度情報化社会における問題を論じる。
・Google Classroomを用いて、情報の共有を行う。クラスコードは別途アナウンスされる。

学習心理学および言語心理学は、いずれも人間の行動様式の変容過程について、実験によって確かめようとする科学的研究分野です。本科目では、学習・言語心理学の要点を理解するために、受講生自身に文献を理解してまとめ、他の受講生と共有してもらいます。一つの知見を得るために対してなぜそのような方法論がとられているのかを考えながら、科学的方法論の趣旨を理解することを目指します。
The study of learning psychology and psycholinguistics involves scientific investigations utilizing experiments to examine processes in which human behaviors change. To have a general understanding of these disciplines, students are required to summarize a paper to share with other students. They will consider connections between purposes and procedures to understand essential components of scientific research.
The purpose of this course is for students to learn about Japanese communication behaviors and culture, using a comparative approach with other cultures. You are also expected to learn through your own experiences--very interactive and practical.
You will also learn intercultural communication mechanism and get to practice communication cross-culturally.
Through the peer teaching discussion in the beginning of each class, you will learn about the other cultures of your peers as well as Japanese values, and your own culture.
This course will basically cover the chapters that are not covered in spring, and aims at deepening the understanding of the spring course, and it is not mandatory to take the spring course.
It is taught in English and some Japanese.
異文化コミュニケーション学の基本を学びながら、焦点として、日本人のコミュニケーション行動と文化について学ぶ。
特に日本人のコミュニケーション行動の動機は何かを、日本人の価値観を学びながら考察する。自分の文化について無意識であることが大半なので、日本人学生にとっては、留学生とどう違うか、またはどの部分が似ているかを体得できる。
留学生と触れ、異文化コミュニケーションを実践で体験する。
前期でカバーされていない章を後期では、基本的に授業に取り入れる。さらに異文化コミュニケーションについて、そして日本人のコミュニケーションや価値観についての理解を深めること。しかし、前期を取る必要は無い。
授業は英語と少しの日本語で実施する。
