昨年度に引き続き、Claus-Wilhelm Canaris, Funktion, Struktur und Falsfikation juristischer Theorien, JZ 1993, 384など、民法・方法論に関するドイツ語文献を講読し、方法論に関する素養を修得する。
Students will read German literature on civil law and methodology, such as Claus-Wilhelm Canaris, Funktion, Struktur und Falsfikation juristischer Theorien, JZ 1993, 384, to acquire a basic knowledge of methodology.
本演習では、行政学や政治学、より広くには社会科学に関連する学術文献を輪読し、議論を行う。そのことを通じて、行政学や政治学に関する学術的知識や研究の手法を習得し、ひいては社会科学に対する受講生の理解を促進することを目的とする。今期は政策過程に焦点を当てた著作を輪読する予定である。なお、具体的な内容や進度は受講生と相談の上、決定する。
The goal of this seminar is that students will obtain academic knowledge and skills through reading and discussing books and articles about social sciences including public administration, policy studies, and political science. In this term, we will read some books on policy studies.
民法の全領域を対象に、判例をベースにした事例問題あるいはオリジナルの事例問題（2023年度の演習からはテーマを変更する）に対する解答を作成し、質疑に応答することを通じて、要件・効果に関する基本的知識とともに解釈論を自ら展開する能力を身につけることを目的とする。
また、毎年新潟大学のゼミとの討論会を実施しており、今年度は12月の土日に新潟大学ゼミを仙台に迎える予定となっている。詳細は、初回授業において説明する。
The purpose of this seminar is to give students the basic knowledge of civil law and to develop the students' abilities to interpret the law through case studies.
A discussion session with seminars from other universities is planed to hold. Details will be explained in the first class.
環境資源政策に関する研究を進める上で重要な文献や事例を取り上げ、それらの背景や問題意識、手法上の特徴、意義や課題等について調査・検証する。取り上げる文献及び事例については、履修者の人数や関心に応じて、教員ないし学生の提案に基づいて選定する。特別講義B においては、環境資源政策と技術開発の関わり等について取り上げる予定。
This course examines the backgrounds, methodologies, significance, and challenges of the literature and cases that are important in research on environment and resources policy. The literature and cases will be selected based on lecturers’ suggestions or students’ proposals considering the number and interests of the students. The Special Lectures A will deal with the issues on the influences of technology development and resources policy.
本授業は、EUの租税法を本格的に研究することを目的とするものである。EUにおける議論は、租税法においては様々な分野において先進的なものであるが、本授業は、特に法人税と付加価値税（Value Added Tax）を中心テーマとして位置づける。とはいえ、これらを勉強する中で、付随的にEUの法形成過程にも触れることになる。多くの英語文献に触れることにより英語読解能力の涵養も図る。This Seminar teaches some basic methods of studying EU tax law. The main topic is corporate income tax adn value added tax of EU. You are required to read many English theses.

This course mainly covers four topics: (1) basic of public administration, (2) institution of government, (3) organization and management of government, and (4) public policy.
