この授業は，行政法の「参照領域」の代表例の一つである都市法を多角的に学ぶことを通じて，行政法の理解を深めることを目的とする。

The purpose of this seminar is to deepen students' understanding of administrative law by studying urban law from multiple angles, which is one of the representative examples of "reference areas" in administrative law.

本科目は、行政法の基本原理や概念について概説する。行政法の特質、法源、基礎理論、具体的な行為形式、や通則的法制度について、判例等を素材に検討を加える。

特に、個別の法律(建築基準法、風営法や廃掃法など）をよく読むことになる。

This course teaches the basic principles and concepts of administrative law in Japan. The following topics are covered: characteristics of administrative law, sources of administrative law, and various forms of administrative programs. It also explains the general administrative law system. You are required to read the cases and statutes in advance of lectures.

This course aims to enhance understanding of administrative law through intensive reading of the precedents and statutes.

目的：地域および都市の諸計画を適切に策定するために、地域・都市計画制度の背景にある理論と、実践的な知識を習得する．

概要：地域・都市計画の各種の規制や制度が必要となる理論的根拠を学ぶ。また、そのような根拠に基づき、実際に運用されている都市計画制度を実践的に学ぶ．

達成目標等：都市に関する基本的な概念を身につける．土地利用規制，施設整備，市街地整備を中心とする都市計画制度の基本的な考え方を理解する．地域・都市の計画に関して、総合的かつ科学的な判断ができる基礎的素養を習得する．

授業は，通常の形式で指定の時間，教室で実施する．

日本では、発掘調査の圧倒的多数が、開発に伴う調査であることが特徴である。このような調査は、文化財保護法に基づく埋蔵文化財保護行政の一環として、行政機関によって実施されている。このことは日本における考古学研究に大きな影響を与えている。

本講義では、文化財保護法や関連する諸規定と、それに基づく埋蔵文化財保護行政の実際について解説する。あわせて、文化財保護行政の今後の展望についても検討し、その中での考古学研究のあり方について考察する。

In Japan, majority of excavation is carried out in advance of construction or other land development. Such excavation is performed as a part of preservation of cultural properties administration. This situation is having a big influence on an archaeology study in Japan.

This course provides explanations of Act on Protection of Cultural Properties and administrative practical business affair based on a law. Future's view of cultural property protection administration is also considered.

この授業では、行政救済法（行政不服審査法、行政事件訴訟法、国家補償法等）を取り扱います。

This course teaches the Administrative Complaint Review Act, the Administrative Case Litigation Act, and the State Redress Act.

 日本国憲法の解釈論を主題とする講義では、大別して、憲法総論、人権論（人権総論と人権各論）、統治機構論、の3つの内容を扱う。本講義が扱うのはそのうち人権各論である。人権各論に関する専門的知識を伝達することと、それに基づく判断力を養成することが、本講義の目的である。

 This is one of three courses which teach the basics of constitutional law in Japan. This course covers the topics relating to the protection of constitutional rights.

This is one of three courses which teach the basics of constitutional law in Japan. This course covers the topics relating to the constitutional ideas, history, principles, and the protection of individual rights.
