本講義は、わが国の法制度が基本的に立脚しているところの「西洋近代法」が「普遍的」であり、対して古代・中世・近世の法のあり方がいかに特殊であるか、を認識しようとするものでは決してない。それどころか、「西洋近代法」ですら、少なくとも歴史的事実認識としては、古代から近世にかけての法と同じく、それを取り巻くそれぞれの社会の諸状況を前提とし、その限りでのみ当該社会に適合的でありうる、極めて特殊なものに過ぎないことが理解されよう。したがって、諸君が本学部で学ぶであろう「○○法」の多くもまた、時間的・空間的に極めて限定された局面でしか通用しない、実に特殊なものに過ぎない。このような相対的な視点を提供することが本講義の最大のねらいである。

古代から現代までの西洋の建築の歴史を通観する。古代ではギリシャ・ローマの建築を中心に解説する。中世は、ロマネスクからゴシックへの様式展開を跡づけることを主眼とする。そして、近世はルネサンス・マニエリスム・バロックの様式変遷を理解する。20世紀はモダニズムからポストモダンの流れを概観する。西洋建築の変遷と，各時代・地域における様式的特徴の理解を目指す。

The course will explain the History of Western Architecture; Greek and Rome in Ancient times; Romanesque and Gothic in the Middle Ages; Renaissance and Baroque in the Early Modern Period; Modernism and Postmodern in Modern Times. The lecture aims to enable students to understand each architectural style and its characteristics.
明治維新以降の日本における近代法の形成は、前近代日本の法文化を背景にしつつ、異質の歴史的伝統を有する西洋法を継受しながら進められた。そこで本講義においては、近代における法の特色を一通り確認し、その変遷について理解することを目的としたい。グーグルクラスルームにて行う予定です。
This course teaches Legal History of Modern Japan and covers the characteristics of Modern Japanese Law. This course’s goal is to understand of a period of transition of Modern Japanese Law.
本講義では、西洋における古代から近代までの政治思想を考察の対象とする。代表的な政治思想家は、それぞれの時代にどのような政治理論を展開したのか。この歴史的な問いに答える作業を通して、政治学の基本的知識を習得するとともに、政治という営みの本質を把握することを目指す。
This course covers the history of political thought from ancient to modern in western countries. In this course, students will understand the basic knowledge of the history of political thought, deepen the characteristics of individual thoughts, and learn the changes of the paradigms. Students will also understand the essence of politics from this historical perspective.
日本近世には様々な思想的営為が見出される。日本近世の思想家達によって生み出された思想的古典について、研究者によって「現代的意義」を有するものと評価されたり、明治時代以降の近代日本を準備したと理解されるものもあった。そして、こうした理解は、後の「日本文化論」形成に大きく寄与するところが大であった。
この講義では、日本近世の思想空間の特質について思想的古典に即しつつ、政治思想を中心として近世思想の歴史的展開に関する通説的理解の再検討を行うとともに、理論的側面についても積極的に論及する。
【In the early modern period of Japan, a variety of ideological activities can be found. The classics produced by early modern Japanese thinkers have been evaluated by scholars as having "contemporary significance," and some have been understood as having prepared modern Japan for the Meiji era and beyond. These understandings greatly contributed to the formation of later "Japanese cultural theory.
In this lecture, we will review the common understanding of the historical development of early modern thought, with a focus on political thought, while actively discussing the theoretical aspects of the space of thought in early modern Japan, in line with the ideological classics.】
法は歴史的な社会の文化的所産であり、それぞれの社会に対応するものである。そこで、本講義では、各時代の法の特色とそれをもたらした政治的・社会的条件にも留意しながら、古代より戦国期までのわが国における法の歴史について通史的に論じる予定である。
This course teaches Japanese Legal History I and covers the characteristics of the laws of each period. Also remarking the political and social conditions that led to them, the history of law in Japan from ancient times to the Warring States period will be discussed throughout the history.
