本科目は、自己理解を深め、自分に適した進路を探索し、その実現に向けたキャリア目標を設定することを目的とする。そこで、ゲスト講師のキャリア形成過程とそこでの模索に触れるとともに、様々な心理検査や個人ワークを通して、「なりたい自分」→「やりたいこと」→「やるべきこと」を明確化する。

本講義では、どの学部であれ、また起業するしないに関わらず、これから各々の学生がキャリアをデザインしていく上で必要な「アントレプレナーシップ」の基礎を、体系的かつ実践的に学んでもらうことを目的とする。
なお、本講義は、NTTグループによる寄附講義であり、全体を通して各領域の実務家・専門家がゲストとして登壇し、また、経験学習の方法論に基づきインタラクティブに進行することにより、より学習効果を高めることを意図している。
This lecture aims to provide students with a systematic and practical introduction to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, which they will need to design their own careers, regardless of which department they are in or whether they start their own business or not.
The lectures are endowed by the NTT Group and are intended to enhance the learning effect by having practitioners and experts from various fields as guest speakers throughout the lectures and by proceeding interactively based on the methodology of experiential learning.

実務経験豊富な社会人教員が担当するケース・スタディ形式の授業です。
個人のキャリア形成、企業の組織論、経営戦略論など、実践的なテーマを取り上げ、講義（インプット）よりも、ディスカッション（アウトプット）形式に重きをおいて授業を行います。
学生主導で多様な意見を出し合い、論点を立てて議論を行った上で、講師が関連する知見を提供し、学生の気づき、視野の広がり、理解の深まりを促し、自発的な学習への意欲を引き出すことを目指します。
具体的には、毎回異なる事例（ケース①～⑩）を題材に、学生がディスカッションを行い、その後、講師が総括します。
第1回および第2回の授業では、「オリエンテーション＆模擬ディスカッション」を行い、集団での議論の進め方のポイント、コミュニケーション・スキルの身につけ方、主体的なディスカッションを行う上での意識の持ち方などについて、予備的な素養を共有します。

Covering practical themes such as personal career formation, corporate organization theory, and business strategy, this class will utilize discussion rather than lecture.
Students are required to lead discussions actively, and the lecturer provides relevant knowledge, broadens perspective, deepens understanding, and motivates positive behavior.
A maximum of 30 students participate discussions (Case1 to 10) each time, and the lecturer summarizes later in each class.
In the 1st and 2nd classes, we will have "Orientation and introductory discussion." In the 6th and 10th classes, sessions about how to form your career will be held.

Life career is the trajectory of each role of a life role throughout your life. University life is the starting point for your life career. What you learn, experience, and the people you meet throughout your student life will have an impact on your subsequent life career. People who are currently active on the front lines of society have, like you, encountered and learned a great deal during their time as students, and have accumulated a variety of experiences as members of society.
Through lectures and cooperative learning, we invite people with such diverse backgrounds as guest speakers to deepen your understanding of the various jobs and choices available in society, to help you plan your future independently, and to help you make the most of your student life. 大学卒業後には皆さんは生活の多くの時間を「働くこと」に費やすことになります。それでは「何のために」働くのでしょうか。これまで漠然と考えていた「働くこと」に向き合い、自己理解や職業理解を深め、キャリア実習等の就業体験に向けた準備を行うことで、「学ぶこと」から「働くこと」への円滑なトランジションを目指します。
学生生活を充実させたい、自分の興味がわからない、卒業後の進路に迷いを感じているという学生が視野を広げられるように、様々なワークや社会人との対話機会を設けています。なお、本科目が対象とするキャリア実習とは「採用と大学教育の未来に関する産学協議会」の定める「タイプ２キャリア教育」に該当するプログラムです。経済同友会インターンシップや授業限定プログラムについても授業のなかで紹介していきます。詳しいスケジュールは、初回のオリエンテーションで説明するので必ず参加してください。
After graduating from University, you will spend much of your life "working. What is the purpose of working? This class aim for a smooth transition from "learning" to "working" by helping students to face "working," which they had previously considered vaguely, deepen their self-understanding and vocational understanding, and prepare for work experience such as career training.
Various work and opportunities for dialogue with working person are provided so that students who want to enrich their student life, are unsure of their interests, or feel unsure of their career path after graduation can broaden their horizons. Note that the career training covered by this course is a program that falls under "Type 2 Career Education" as defined by the "Industry-University Council on Recruitment and the Future of University Education. Keizai Doyukai internships and class-specific programs will also be introduced in class. The detailed schedule will be explained at the first orientation, so please be sure to attend.

The purpose of this course is to face the issues facing modern society and business organizations with a sense of ownership, and to think about work and work styles through research and analysis aimed at solving the issues.

There are many different jobs and ways of working in society, and after graduation you will be able to choose for yourself from a wide variety of options.However, you cannot choose what you do not know. In this class, you will learn about the various options available to you.
You will use the Program of Center for Career Support to research 150 companies and industries, including manufacturers, finance, IT, and information services, as examples. This course is designed to help students clarify their own interests and to help them make concrete choices about their future career paths.

In this course, students will learn the basic knowledge, skills and attitudes that are needed to create their own careers, by viewing careers as a lifelong process of continuous learning and action. These basic knowledge, skills and attitudes are necessary not only for students considering employment after graduate study, but also for those who wish to pursue a research career.
The course will promote students to: (1) learn from guest speakers with a variety of cultural, educational and professional backgrounds in order to gain knowledge and information that will be useful in shaping their own career perspectives; (2) engage in collaborative learning with other students in order to understand the significance of working together; and (3) review the results of their learning by providing presentations and writing reports in order to reflect the results of their studies, set career goals, and take concrete action. Students are facilitated to actively interact with others by speaking and listening to each other and lead discussions to form a learning community.
Guest speakers will include leading global figures from different fields and ways of working. This course will be conducted in English. A certain level of skill in interacting and discussing in English is required.
