Think about work and work styles through group work

授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

　本科目は、現代社会や企業団体などが直面する課題に当事者意識をもって向き合い、課題解決に向けた調査・分析を通して、仕事や働き方について考えていくことを目的とする。
　履修者は、議論や調査結果の発表に向けて、授業時間以外の時間も活用しながらグループ単位でプロジェクト型学習を行う。なお今年度は授業の一部として、複数大学で同時に実施される「課題解決プロジェクト」に参加し、解決策の提案を行う予定としている。
　授業の進め方や詳しいスケジュールは、授業初回のオリエンテーションで確認すること。

The purpose of this course is to face the issues facing modern society and business organizations with a sense of ownership, and to think about work and work styles through research and analysis aimed at solving the issues.
Students will conduct PBL in group units while utilizing time other than class hours for the presentation of the survey results.
Check the lesson procedure and detailed schedule at the first orientation of the lesson.

学修の到達目標/Goal of Study

１）グループのメンバーに働きかけ、巻き込みながら、プロジェクトに進んで取り組み、目標に向かって行動できる（働きかけ力、主体性、実行力、柔軟性）。
２）企業・団体の魅力や課題について調査・分析し、第三者にも分かるように説明できる（課題発見力、計画力、創造力、発信力、傾聴力）。

1) Students can work on the project and act toward the goal while working with the members of the group.
2) Students can investigate and analyze the attractiveness and issues of companies/organizations and explain them.
