Learn approaches to evaluate the person’s mental functioning and psychosocial condition by applying psychiatric diagnostics, psycho-physiological diagnostics, and evaluation of psychosocial functioning. These evaluation approaches are required for psychiatric-mental health clinical nurse specialists to implement advanced nursing interventions that integrate care and cure for people with mental illness.
精神科治療技法である精神科薬物療法や身体療法、精神療法、認知・行動療法、作業療法・精神科デイケア等の治療技法と心身への影響について学ぶ。また、精神科救急・急性期にある患者に対する精神科治療技法を学ぶ。
To learn mental health treatment approaches including psychiatric treatment such as psychotropic medication, physical therapy, and psychotherapy; therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy, occupational therapy, and daycare in mental health services; and how these treatment approaches affect the person’s physical and psychological health. Mental health treatment approaches also include treatment for patients in psychiatric emergency and/or acute care units.
医療機関,教育機関および関連機関において展開されている,複雑で解決困難な看護問題を持つ子供や家族およびそれらを取り巻く人々に対して行われている高度な看護支援の実際を学ぶ。また,子供と家族の支援に関連した事例報告,研究論文を講読することを通して,子供と家族を心理・社会的に支援する看護の視点を養う。
Students will learn about the advanced nursing care provided at medical institutions, educational institutions, and related organizations for children and families with complex and difficult-to-solve nursing problems, and the people surrounding them. In addition, through reading case reports and research papers related to supporting children and families, students will develop a nursing perspective that provides psychological and social support for children and families.
精神看護が必要な対象者が暮らす地域における支援は、対象者の病状管理や生活の
安定上重要である。訪問看護ステーションや包括型地域生活支援プログラム(ACT)における精神看護専門看護師の活動に参加し、コンサルタントに必要な能力と姿勢について学ぶ。個人では対応が困難な対象者とのコンサルテーション(相談)場面から看護援助を考察し、支援に関わる保健医療福祉に携わる人々全体をシステムとして捉えてコーディネーション(調整)を検討する。以上から科学的根拠に基づくアセスメントと各種理論や高度な知識に基づくコンサルテーション・コーディネーション技術を習得することで、専門性の高い高度看護実践能力を養う。
Support available in the community is essential for the person who requires mental health nursing and lives at the community to manage symptom and stable daily living. Students will engage in the activities of psychiatric-mental health clinical nurse specialists (PMH-CNSs) in home-visiting nurse stations and Assertive Community Treatment, and learn the skills and attitudes as consultants. Students will discuss appropriate nursing support during a consultation meeting for the person with challenges that cannot be treatable by individual provider, and coordination of a whole support system involving all relevant personnel in health and social care services. Through these practices, students will learn the skills for consultation and coordination based on scientific evidence-based assessment, multiple theories, and advanced knowledge to foster skills for highly specialized and advanced nursing practice.
これまでに学んだセルフケア理論をはじめとする精神看護理論や評価技術を用いた分析力の向上を図る。そして、精神および身体状態の悪化の予防、維持・改善のための高度な援助技法を演習を通して習得する。また、倫理的側面と権利擁護の観点から、非自発的入院患者を含む全ての対象者における合意形成・意思決定支援のスキルを演習を通して習得する。さらに、リカバリー、エンパワーメント理論を用いた個人やグループに対するアセスメントと回復援助技法を演習を通して習得する。
To improve skills of analysis applying mental health nursing theories such as self-care theory and techniques for assessment and evaluation. Furthermore, to learn advanced support techniques through the practice sessions to prevent physical and mental health deterioration, maintain and promote the health. Then, based on ethics and advocacy, to learn skills to provide support for consensus building and decision making to all individuals including patients who are involuntary admitted to hospital. In addition, to learn techniques for assessment of the person or group of persons, and support for recovery by applying recovery and empowerment theory through the practice sessions.
