国内外における精神保健医療福祉の歴史や法制度の変遷に関する理解と知識の修得。
To learn and acknowledge the histories of mental health and social care systems, and progress in legislations on mental illness across multiple countries including Japan.
1）我が国と諸外国の精神保健医療福祉制度の変遷および体制を理解し説明できる。
2）1）と並行して人権擁護や倫理、治療および支援の環境、地域精神保健福祉対策についても説明できる。
3）以上を踏まえ、今後の制度と体制の在り方を論理的に述べることができる。
1）Establish the understanding and explain the progress in mental health and social care systems, and current frameworks for mental health services across multiple countries including Japan.
2）Explain elements of advocacy, ethics, treatment- and support-environment, and strategies for community mental health services in align with 1).
3）Based on the acquired understanding of themes above, describe the elements and rationales for future implications for mental health care systems and frameworks.
