授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

精神科専門看護師として、ケアとキュアを融合した高度な看護介入が行えるよう、対象者の精神機能および心理・社会的状態を精神科診断学や心身症診断学、心理・社会的機能評価を用いて評価する方法を学ぶ。

Learn approaches to evaluate the person’s mental functioning and psychosocial condition by applying psychiatric diagnostics, psycho-physiological diagnostics, and evaluation of psychosocial functioning. These evaluation approaches are required for psychiatric-mental health clinical nurse specialists to implement advanced nursing interventions that integrate care and cure for people with mental illness.

1）対象者の精神機能を評価できる。
2）対象者の言動や心身の状態を精神科診断学や心身症診断学から評価できる。
3）対象者の精神状態を既存の尺度を用いて評価できる。
4）対象者の心理・社会的機能を評価できる。

1) To establish the skill for evaluation of the person’s mental functioning.
2)To establish the skill for assessment of the person’s verbal expression, and physical and physical condition by applying psychiatric diagnostics and psycho-physiological diagnostics.
3) To establish the skill for evaluation of the person’s mental condition using pre-existing instruments.
4) To establish the skill for evaluation of the person’s psychosocial functioning.

第1-3回精神科診断学（ISTU)
第4回心身症診断学（ISTU）
第5-9回精神症状の評価（4.22（月），23（火），30（火），5月7（火），13（月）対面）
第10回精神状態の観察と評価（5.14（火）日時変更の可能性あり）対面
第11回心身相互作用に起因する問題がある患者に対する精神・身体評価；事例検討（5.20）対面
第12回）統合失調症と気分障害の患者に対する精神・身体評価；事例検討（5.21）対面
第13-15回心理・社会的機能評価（5.27，28，6.3）Meet

成績評価方法/Evaluation method

事前学習内容や授業中のディスカッションで評価する。
Grade evaluation will be based on overall performance of pre-session preparation for the themes and discussion during the sessions.
