 本演習では、演習参加者の関心のある主題について、その分野の主な最高裁判例とそれに関連する評釈・論文を読んで検討する。本演習の目的は、憲法判例法理を正確に読解した上で、それと対話しながら、裁判所を説得しうるような、よりよい憲法解釈論を構成する力を養成することである。

 This seminar examines the case law of constitutional law in the field of participants' own choosing.

 「〇〇法曹実務演習」は、学部教育と法科大学院教育の橋渡しを目的とする演習である。

 本演習（＝「憲法法曹実務演習Ⅰ」）では、法律家にとって必要不可欠の能力である「読解力」の養成を目的とし、最近及び過去の重要な憲法判例を4つ（か3つ）取り上げて、精読する。「読解力」養成を志す学生であれば、法律家志望（≒法曹コース登録者）でなくても受講生として歓迎する。

 In this seminar, students will read 4 court decisions in the field of constitutional law. The predominant focus will be to read the text accurately and grasp its structure.

 日本国憲法の解釈論を主題とする講義では、大別して、憲法総論、人権論（人権総論と人権各論）、統治機構論、の3つの内容を扱う。本講義が扱うのはそのうち人権各論である。人権各論に関する専門的知識を伝達することと、それに基づく判断力を養成することが、本講義の目的である。

 This is one of three courses which teach the basics of constitutional law in Japan. This course covers the topics relating to the protection of constitutional rights.

本演習には２つの目的がある。第１の目的は，学部講義を通じて身につけた憲法に関する知識などを応用する能力を養成することである。その能力を活かしてさまざまな憲法問題についての理論的検討を行うことが，本演習の第２の目的である。
