In this seminar, students will learn the basic knowledge necessary to analyze data on contemporary politics. The aim of this course is to acquire the basics of handling and analyzing data, rather than to know advanced analytical methods. No prior knowledge of statistics is required.

本演習の目的は、有権者研究に取り組んでいる大学院生が、独自のサーベイ実験を実施できるようになることです。参加者は独自のリサーチクエスチョンを設定した上で、質問項目を選定し、演習内で実際にサーベイ実験を行います。また、得られたデータを用いた統計分析の結果を最後に研究発表します。
The purpose of this seminar is to enable graduate students engaged in voter studies to conduct their own unique survey experiments. Participants will set their individual research questions, select survey questions, and carry out practical survey experiments. Additionally, participants will present their research findings based on the statistical analysis of the obtained data.
本演習の目的は、有権者研究に取り組んでいる大学院生が、独自のサーベイ実験を実施できるようになることです。参加者は独自のリサーチクエスチョンを設定した上で、質問項目を選定し、演習内で実際にサーベイ実験を行います。また、得られたデータを用いた統計分析の結果を最後に研究発表します。

The aim of this course is to learn about various concepts and theories necessary for analyzing contemporary democratic politics. This course will help students to understand political phenomena in contemporary Japan by relating them to theoretical backgrounds and international comparative perspectives.
経済法は、数ある法律の中でも特に現代的な法律分野の一つです。なかでも独占禁止法は、経済憲法と呼ばれ、社会におけるあらゆる経済活動を規律する基本法であって、その解釈運用によって実際の企業取引や事業のあり方にも影響を及ぼしています。また、独占禁止法には、市場経済を通じて消費者が良質廉価な商品を選ぶことができるようにするという意味で、消費者主権を確保するという意義もあります。本演習では、その存在意義が年々高まっている独占禁止法の仕組みや考え方を中心に経済法学を学びます。
演習は、独占禁止法の事例を題材とした模擬裁判により行います。模擬裁判における当事者間の主張・立証の過程を通して、独占禁止法の機能・役割、規制の仕組み、条文解釈等を実践的に学び、現代社会における競争のあり方を考えるのが、演習の主な内容となります。
