ライフキャリアとは仕事だけでなく、仕事も含め、生涯におけるライフ・ロールの各役割の軌跡を意味します。大学生活はライフキャリアを描く出発点でもあります。学生生活を通じて学ぶこと、経験すること、出会う人は、その後のライフキャリアにも影響を及ぼします。現在第一線で活躍されている方々も皆さんと同様、学生生活で多くの出会いや学びがあり、社会人として様々な経験を積み重ねてきました。そうした多様なバックグラウンドを持つ方々をゲストスピーカーに迎え、講義と協同学習を通じて社会には様々な仕事と多くの選択肢があることに理解を深め、主体的に自らの将来をプランニングし、これからの学生生活に活かすことを目的とします。ゲストスピーカーの登壇日程は変更になることがありますので、初回授業でスケジュールを確認してください。
Life career is the trajectory of each role of a life role throughout your life. University life is the starting point for your life career. What you learn, experience, and the people you meet throughout your student life will have an impact on your subsequent life career. People who are currently active on the front lines of society have, like you, encountered and learned a great deal during their time as students, and have accumulated a variety of experiences as members of society.
Through lectures and cooperative learning, we invite people with such diverse backgrounds as guest speakers to deepen your understanding of the various jobs and choices available in society, to help you plan your future independently, and to help you make the most of your student life. The schedule of guest speakers is subject to change, so please check the schedule at the first class.

本授業ではキャリア支援センターのプログラムを活用し、メーカーや金融、IT、情報サービスなど多岐にわたる企業150社を事例として企業・業界研究を進め、40の企業・団体から働く魅力や社会との関わりについて実際に話を聞くことで、自分の興味・関心を明確化し、将来の進路選択の具体化を目指します。

There are many different jobs and ways of working in society, and after graduation you will be able to choose for yourself from a wide variety of options.However, you cannot choose what you do not know. In this class, you will learn about the various options available to you.
You will use the Program of Center for Career Support to research 150 companies and industries, including manufacturers, finance, IT, and information services, as examples. This course is designed to help students clarify their own interests and to help them make concrete choices about their future career paths.

After graduating from University, you will spend much of your life "working. What is the purpose of working? This class aim for a smooth transition from "learning" to "working" by helping students to face "working," which they had previously considered vaguely, deepen their self-understanding and vocational understanding, and prepare for work experience such as career training.
Various work and opportunities for dialogue with working person are provided so that students who want to enrich their student life, are unsure of their interests, or feel unsure of their career path after graduation can broaden their horizons. In this course, students will learn the basic knowledge, skills and attitudes that are needed to create their own careers, by viewing careers as a lifelong process of continuous learning and action. The course will promote students to: (1) learn from guest speakers with a variety of cultural, educational and professional backgrounds in order to gain knowledge and information that will be useful in shaping their own career perspectives; (2) engage in collaborative learning with other students in order to understand the significance of working together; and (3) review the results of their learning by providing presentations and writing reports in order to reflect the results of their studies, set career goals, and take concrete action. In particular, participating students are facilitated to actively interact with others by speaking and listening to each other, in order to maximize their learning. Guest speakers will include leading global figures from different fields and ways of working.
This course will be conducted in English. A certain level of skill in interacting and discussing in English is required.
本科目では、キャリアを生涯にわたり継続的に学び行動するプロセスととらえ、これからの自身のキャリアを主体的に作り上げていくための基礎的な知識、スキル、態度を学びます。これらの基礎的な知識、スキル、態度は、学部卒業後に就職を検討している学生のみならず、大学院進学や研究職を希望する学生にとっても必要な汎用的技能（ジェネリックスキル）といえます。

「キャリアデザイン」をテーマに、スピーチ、発表、ディスカッション、ロールプレイなど多様な練習を通じて大学生活で必要な日本語のスキルを身につける。
This course is designed for international students who have Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 level. It focuses on developing the Japanese language skills necessary for university life through a variety of practice activities, such as speeches, presentations, discussions, and role-playing.
本科目は、自己理解を深め、自分に適した進路を探索し、その実現に向けたキャリア目標を設定することを目的とする。そこで、ゲスト講師のキャリア形成過程とそこでの模索に触れるとともに、様々な心理検査や個人ワークを通して、「なりたい自分」→「やりたいこと」→「やるべきこと」を明確化する。
The purpose of this course is to deepen self-understanding, search for a course suitable for each, and set career goals for its realization.
この授業では、文学部学生が、日本の経済構造や労働法制といった基本事項について理解を深めるとともに、実際の「働く」現場のあり様について具体的なイメージを持ち、自らの将来のキャリアを主体的にプランニングしていけるよう、キャリア支援センターと共同して実践的な教育指導を行います。取得単位は学部専門教育科目として卒業単位にカウントされます（学生便覧で確認のこと）。
In this class, students of the Faculty of Arts and Letters will deepen their understanding of basic matters such as Japan's economic structure and labor legislation, have a concrete image of the actual "working" field, and take the initiative in their future careers. We will provide practical educational guidance in collaboration with the Center for Career Support so that you can plan. Credits earned will be counted as graduation credits as an undergraduate specialized education subject (check the Student Handbook).
