がん患者に対する緩和ケアの発展的内容について講義と演習を行う。治療期における緩和ケア、補完・代替療法、予後告知、家族・遺族ケア、在宅緩和ケアなど、幅広くかつ専門的な講義を行う。また、緩和ケアにおけるがん看護専門看護師の役割について理解を深める。さらに、緩和ケアの高度な実践家となるために理論と研究がどのように関連付けられるかを検討し、緩和ケアの専門的な研究の方法論についても探究する。これらを通して、がん看護における様々な場面において理論を患者・家族への看護ケアに発展させるための方法を習得する。
In this course, students will understand advanced knowledge of palliative nursing. This course cover nursing for palliative care for patients with anti-cancer treatment, complementary and alternative medicine, prognosis, care for family members, bereavement care, home palliative care, role of oncology certified nurse specialist and research in palliative care.
がん患者に対する緩和ケアの基礎理論について講義と演習を行う。がん患者に対する緩和ケアの理論とその活用を中心に、疼痛をはじめとした身体症状、精神症状、社会的問題、スピリチュアルな問題の緩和とその看護について探求する。さらに、緩和ケアにおける倫理的問題についても探究する。これらを通して、がん看護における様々な場面において理論を患者・家族への看護ケアに発展させるための方法を習得する。
In this course, students will understand basic knowledge of palliative nursing. This course cover nursing for pain, physical symptoms, psychiatric symptoms, social and spiritual problems, and ethical issues in the end-of-life care for cancer patients.
がん看護専門看護学実習I・IIを発展させ、さまざまながん治療・療養の場におけるがん看護の実践について体験的に学習し、がん看護専門看護師に必要とされる6つの実践能力である「実践」「教育」「相談」「調整」「研究」「倫理調整」をそれぞれの場において展開するための計画を立案する。さらに、がん看護専門看護師として、多様ながん治療・療養の場の看護師や多職種との調整業務の実践について理解を深める。また、がんを専門とする臨床医の指導のもと、がんの診療・治療にともなう臨床判断能力を養うとともに、地域連携の実際について学ぶ。
Clinical practice for palliative care nursing in various clinical settings.
1) がん患者・家族の受診・診断、病名・予後告知、治療選択、集学的治療、再発・転移時、終末期の患者・家族に関する身体・心理・社会的側面についてアセスメントを行い、人間関係の諸理論を活用し、患者・家族の意思決定を支える看護について探究する。
2) がん看護専門看護師の役割・活動である教育、相談、調整者としての能力を開発し、家族・重要他者・医療者のストレスマネジメント及び倫理的問題を探究する。
1) Assess the physical, psychological and social aspects of cancer patients and their families during consultation and diagnosis, disease and prognosis announcement, treatment selection, multidisciplinary treatment, recurrence and metastasis, and at the end of life, and utilise various theories of human relationships to explore nursing care to support patient and family decision-making.
2) Develop the competencies of the oncology nurse specialist nurse's roles and activities as educator, consultant and coordinator, and explore stress management and ethical issues for families, significant others and healthcare professionals.
複雑な健康問題をもった対象の臨床推論を行うため、多領域にまたがるフィジカルアセスメントを統合的に学び、新たな知識と視点を獲得する。
In this course, to perform clinical reasoning on subjects with complex health problems, students will integratedly learn physical assessment in multidisciplinary feild and aquire new knowledge and perspectives.
看護ケアの質を高めるために必要な看護教育の基本、院内看護継続教育の在り方と教育環境づくり、看護職への教育的働きかけ、その実践と評価について、看護管理者・高度実践看護師・看護教育者による講義と演習を行い、高度実践看護師として教育活動を行う力を養う。

家族機能の維持・向上をめざす新たな支援方法の開発を行うために必要な最新の知見および家族支援看護学に関連する諸理論や，がん患者およびその家族の家族支援看護学の定義・家族支援看護学全体における位置づけ等，総論的なことについて教授する。
Students will learn about the recent evidence for the development of methods to support families and theory of family nursing.
緩和ケア看護学セミナーIに引き続き、臨床疑問に基づいた緩和ケア看護学における最新の学術論文を検索し、それを精読することによって、緩和ケアに関する最新のエビデンスを収集する技術およびそれを解釈し、臨床に活用するための方策について学ぶ。これらを通して、がん看護専門看護師としての高度な実践能力を発展させる能力を発展させる。緩和ケア看護学セミナーIIでは、単なる文献精読だけでなく、１つのテーマに沿って関連する論文のレビューや系統的文献検索を行う能力を育成し、一連の論文をガイドライン等と照らし合わせ、緩和ケアの臨床上の位置づけについて理解することを目標とする。
Through literature review and reading; students develop advanced knowledge, advanced skills and critical thinking for literature review so as to provide quality palliative care for end-of-life cancer patients as certified nurse specialists.
“がん”に対する医療・研究は医療職として最も従事する機会の多い疾患の１つである。チーム医療として、集学的な診断・治療、看護、緩和ケアが必要となる。そこで、がんに対する最新の基礎的研究から、疫学と予防、そして、薬物療法、放射線療法、手術療法、さらに看護と緩和ケアについて知識を深める。/Treatment for cancer is one of the most important team medicine with multidisciplinary therapy, nursing and palliative care. Therefore, students need to widely understand fundamental treatments and researches for cancer such as pathology, epidemiology, pharmacology, radiotherapy and nursing.
