The purposes of this lecture are:

The purposes of this lecture are:
-To learn the basic knowledge of management accounting,

本講義は，コストリテラシー（原価情報を意思決定に活用し，価値を生み出すための知識と能力）を高めることを目的とする。講義では，戦略的コストマネジメントに関連する管理会計・原価計算のトピックを学ぶ。そして，学んだ内容をふまえ，仮想の企業に関するケースを分析し，議論する。
The objective of this course is to enhance cost literacy (knowledge and ability to use cost information for decision making and to create value). In the lecture, students will learn management accounting and cost accounting topics related to strategic cost management. Based on what they have learned, students will analyze and discuss cases related to hypothetical companies.
本授業の目的は，管理会計の主要なトピックに関する知識を身に着けることです。管理会計に関する知識は，企業の経営管理者にとって必要不可欠なものとなっています。講義では，入門書を用いて，企業における意思決定や業績評価の際に有用な財務・非財務情報の作成方法やその活用方法を学びます。
The objective of this course is to provide students with knowledge of the main topics in management accounting. Knowledge of management accounting is essential for business managers. Using introductory texts, students will learn how to make and use financial and non-financial information that is useful for decision making and performance evaluation in companies.

この授業の目的は，原価計算の以下のふたつの役割について，基本的な考え方を理解し，関連する計算方法を習得することです．
(1) 財務諸表の作成に必要な原価を測定する
(2) 経営意思決定と業務計画の作成と実行のコントロールに役立つ原価情報を提供する
原価計算は管理会計分野の主要な領域です．トピックス会計学（管理会計／管理会計）はこの授業の内容を前提としたものとなっています．前提知識に不安のある学生は先にこの授業を受講してください．
The objective of this class is to understand the basic concepts of the following two roles of cost accounting and to learn the fundamental calculation methods:
1. To measure costs necessary for the preparation of financial statements
2. To provide cost information useful in management decision making and in controlling the preparation and execution of business plans
Cost accounting is a major area of the field of management accounting. Topics Accounting (Management Accounting/Management Accounting) is based on the content of this class. I recommend students should take this class first if you are anxious or have little knowledge on management accounting.
