授業の目的と概要/Object and summary of class

本授業の目的は，管理会計の主要なトピックに関する知識を身に着けることです。管理会計に関する知識は，企業の経営管理者にとって必要不可欠なものとなっています。講義では，入門書を用いて，企業における意思決定や業績評価の際に有用な財務・非財務情報の作成方法やその活用方法を学びます。

The objective of this course is to provide students with knowledge of the main topics in management accounting. Knowledge of management accounting is essential for business managers. Using introductory texts, students will learn how to make and use financial and non-financial information that is useful for decision making and performance evaluation in companies.

学習の到達目標/Goal of study

⑴授業で取り上げた管理会計実践の役割や特徴を説明できるようになること。
⑵関連する計算問題を解けるようになること。

(1) To be able to explain the roles and characteristics of management accounting practices covered in class.
(2) To be able to solve the calculation problems.

授業内容・方法と進度予定/Contents and progress schedule of the class

授業は教科書と講義スライドに沿って行う。
10回程度の小テストと1回の理解度確認セッションがある。
必要に応じて計算演習や国内や海外で行われた管理会計研究の紹介も行う。
学生に発言を求める機会を設ける。

授業で取り上げる内容は以下のとおりである。

・管理会計の基礎概念／Basic concepts of management accounting
・長期経営計画／Long-term management planning
・利益計画／Profit planning
・CVP分析／Cost-Volume-Profit analysis
・意思決定アプローチ／Decision making approach
・設備投資意思決定／Capital investment decision
・業績管理アプローチ／Performance management approach
・標準原価計算／Standard Costing
・事業部の業績評価／Divisional performance evaluation
・予算管理／Budgetary control
・原価企画／Target costing

The textbook and lecture slides will be used in class.
There will be ten quizzes and one examination.
Calculation exercises and introduction of management accounting research conducted in Japan and abroad will be given as necessary.
Students are expected to express their opinions.

成績評価方法/Evaluation method

小テスト（30%），理解度確認セッション（70%）で評価する。
なお，受講者の人数によっては，成績評価方法を変更する可能性がある。

予習:
　テキストの指定された箇所を読み，疑問点を明確にする。計算例題は事前に解いてくること。
復習:
　各回の講義で扱った内容を再確認する。小テストや理解度確認セッションに備えて，計算問題や用語をしっかりと確認すること。

　会計学の基本的な知識を持っていることが望ましい。
