To attain knowledge required for nursing educators, researchers and CNSs on policymaking and legal systems and to gain capability of promoting advocacy, amendment, and recommendations of the policies relevant to nursing.
１．看護を提供するための「しくみ」として看護管理をとらえ、看護サービスをマネジメンするために必要な諸理論、および基礎的知識を学ぶ。
２．保健・看護・医療・福祉に関連する法制度を理解し、国家資格を有する看護職の政策における役割、および責務について考え、看護観を深める。

・実習市町村・保健所の保健師活動への参加を通して、地域で生活する人々のニーズに対応して保健師が実践している個別ケアの展開過程と、その際に用いられる基本的な支援技術について学習する
・地域で生活する人々の健康課題について理解を深めるとともに、課題解決のために行われている保健師活動（個別支援～地域ケアシステム形成等のヘルスプロモーションの実際）について理解するために、実習市町村・都道府県（保健所）における地域ケアシステムの発展過程、保健師の公衆衛生看護管理機能について学習する。

・To learn about the development process of individual care practiced by public health nurses in response to the needs of people living in the community, and the basic support techniques used through participation in public health nurse activities at municipalities and public health centers.

医療機関，教育機関および関連機関において展開されている，複雑で解決困難な看護問題を持つ子供や家族およびそれらを取り巻く人々に対して行われている高度な看護支援の実際を学ぶ。また，子供と家族の支援に関連した事例報告，研究論文を講読することを通して，子供と家族を心理・社会的に支援する看護の視点を養う。
Students will learn about the advanced nursing care provided at medical institutions, educational institutions, and related organizations for children and families with complex and difficult-to-solve nursing problems, and the people surrounding them. 日本及び諸外国の社会保障の概念および理念，医療・福祉・年金等について総合的に概説し、保健医療福祉行政の基本的な考え方・法的基盤及び具体的な施策について講義する。児童福祉・障害者（児）福祉、病院内での医療相談支援、地域医療の様々な問題について、具体例を通して実際の保健医療福祉計画の企画及び評価について学ぶ。また、予防医学が社会保障制度や医療経済に与える影響について将来像とあわせて捉える。

保健医療福祉行政の基本的な考え方・法的基盤・財政基盤及び具体的な施策について教授する。また、保健医療分野の国際協力についても教授する。実際の保健医療福祉計画の企画及び評価については行政担当者が講義する。
