看護におけるマネジメントおよび看護関連の制度・政策と看護職の責務/ Nursing management, along with nursing-related systems, policies, and the responsibilities of nursing professionals.
１．看護を提供するための「しくみ」として看護管理をとらえ、看護サービスをマネジメンするために必要な諸理論、および基礎的知識を学ぶ。
２．保健・看護・医療・福祉に関連する法制度を理解し、国家資格を有する看護職の政策における役割、および責務について考え、看護観を深める。
1. Understand nursing management as a "structure" for providing nursing care, and learn various theories and foundational knowledge necessary to manage nursing services.
2. Gain an understanding of legal systems related to health, nursing, medical care, and welfare, contemplate the role and responsibilities of nursing professionals with national qualifications in policy-making, and deepen perspectives on nursing care.
＜看護管理＞
看護に関する様々な事象ついて、しくみという見方から概観する。看護を提供する「しくみ｣における個人の実践と組織の経営について、組織論やリーダーシップ論等を用いて解説する。看護管理の実際について知り、理解を深める。
＜看護政策＞
１．人々の生活と健康を支える保健・看護・医療・福祉に関連する法律と諸制度の成り立ちを理解する。
２．政策方針に基づく行政組織および関連機関の活動における看護職の役割と課題について検討する。
３．国家資格を有する看護職としての責務について考察し、看護観を深める。
<Nursing Management>
Examine various phenomena related to nursing from a structural perspective. Explain individual practice and organizational management within the framework of providing nursing care, utilizing organizational theory and leadership theory. Acquire knowledge about the practical aspects of nursing management to deepen understanding.
<Nursing Policy>
1. Understand the establishment of laws and various systems related to health, nursing, medical care, and welfare that support people's lives and health. 2. Examine the role and challenges of nursing professionals in the activities of administrative organizations and related agencies based on policy directions. 3. Reflect on the responsibilities of nursing professionals with national qualifications and deepen perspectives on nursing care.
