専門看護師及び看護教育・研究者に必要な保健・医療・福祉に関する法制度や政策内容とその背景及び政策形成過程を体系的に学習し、看護の質の向上のために制度改善を含む政策的な働きかけができるようになることを目的とする。
To attain knowledge required for nursing educators, researchers and CNSs on policymaking and legal systems and to gain capability of promoting advocacy, amendment, and recommendations of the policies relevant to nursing.
看護の質向上に関わる医療・看護を取り巻く制度・政策の形成過程や政策的な働きかけの方法を学ぶ。
To learn about policy making process and policy advocacy surrounding medical and nursing field.
受講者の関心のある国の医療・看護政策について、その政策ができた背景及び現状と課題について調査しその内容を報告する。さらに、関心のある地方自治体の保健・医療・福祉政策について、関係部署でのフィールドワークを行い、その結果をもとに政策の現状と課題について検討し政策へ反映させることができるようにレポートにまとめ報告しディスカッションを行う。
To conduct research and report on the health/nursing policies of the countries or municipalities learners are interested and to discuss how the policies will be developed and implemented to improve the situation observed in the field works.
