本講義の目的は、環境問題を分析するための経済学の基礎理論を取得することです。
環境経済学は、ミクロ経済学の応用分野の一つです。このため、ミクロ経済学の知識を前提とて講義を進めます。ミクロ経済学の復習用に、講義ノート１～５.PDFを添付しているので、忘れてしまった人やミクロ経済学を勉強したことのない人は事前にこれを読んで、授業に参加してください。
また、第１回と第２回の講義用の講義ノート（講義ノート6と講義ノート7）も添付しているので、それを予習して授業に臨んでください。
The purpose of this course is to acquire basic knowledge of economic theory to analyze environmental issues.
Environmental economics is one of the applied fields of microeconomics. Therefore, knowledge of microeconomics is assumed in the lectures. 講義ノート1-5.PDF is attached for review of microeconomics. Those who have forgotten or have never studied microeconomics should read them before the course.
Also attached are the lecture notes for the first and second lectures (講義ノート6 and 講義ノート7). Please study those in advance and come to class.
本講義では、現在の金融市場に関する基礎的な制度や、家計・企業・金融機関の行動について解説します。特に、皆さんが東北大を卒業してこの厳しい社会を生き抜いていくに当たって、必要な金融知識を身につけることを目標とします。講義の特徴として、現実の金融データを扱う演習を実施します。代わりに理論的分析は弱くなりますので、こちらに興味がある方は来年度浅野先生の講義をお勧めします。
This lecture provides basic knowledge of the current financial market and skills for analyzing the behavior of households, firms, and financial institutions. You will be financially literate to survive in this tough society after graduating from Tohoku University. I will put much emphasis on the programming exercise using real-world financial data. For students interested more in theoretical analysis, I recommend next year's lecture by Professor Asano.
国内外における廃棄物発生と適正処理、資源循環の実態と課題を、最新の事例を用いながら各国の国民性、環境意識の違いなどを考慮しながら考察してみる。また、廃プラスチック、容器包装、自動車等を事例に、越境環境問題と国際資源循環、廃棄物処理方法とリサイクル技術の格差、環境政策有無が与える影響、持続可能な社会づくり、リスク管理の重要性などについて説明する。
In this course, students will understand waste generation and proper disposal, actual situation and resources recycling issues in Japan and overseas, through current trend. And one of the aims of this course is to consider the difference of environmental awareness and national character in waste management and recycling system.
In addition, this class will set up several topics such as plastic waste, End-of-life Vehicles, containers and Packaging and so on. These are explained on international resource recycling and cross-border environmental issues, which are influenced by differences between advanced country and developing country, the disparity of disposal method and recycle technology, with or without environmental policy an importance of a sustainable society and risk management.
本講義では、主に廃棄物政策の変遷、リサイクル問題の特質、環境政策学の基礎理論について講義する。さらに、アジア各国における廃棄物管理の特徴、再生資源の有効利用方法とマテリアルフローについて紹介する。また、具体的な事例（例えば、自動車・小型家電・容器包装・リサイクル、廃棄物焼却とエネルギー回収など）を用いて、総合的な廃棄物管理とリサイクルシステムを理解することに重点を置いている。
This course introduces the history of waste disposal, recycling issues and basic theories on environmental policy. In addition, this lecture deals with the feature of Waste Management in Asian countries, the effective utilization method of recycled material, and material flow. It also enhances to understand Integrated Waste Management and Recycling System through detailed case study, for example, ELV(End-of Life Vehicle), small home appliance, containers and packaging, waste incineration and energy recovery and so on.
本授業では、環境経済学と資源経済学の基礎的な理論について概説し、地球システムと経済システムの相互関係について探求するための理論的なツールを受講者に提供する。
This course offers a general introduction to the basic theories of environmental economics and resource economics, and provides students with theoretical tools to explore interactions between the Earth system and economic system.
本授業では、資源環境経済を対象とした文献をもとに質疑応答をおこない、研究対象とする課題とその研究方法を理解することを目的とする。
In this class, every student is requested to give a presentation based on the adopted textbook and its related papers in the class and also discuss his or her presentation to understand objects and methods of research.
労働価値説は、アダム・スミスやデビッド・リカード等の古典派経済学における中心的概念である。これを受け継いだマルクス経済学は、価格とは別に価値の概念を有する点や循環的な経済システム観を持つ点で、現代の主流派経済学とは異なっている。この授業では、貨幣、労働価値および価格メカニズムによって所得分配が決定される市場経済の基礎的な理論を学ぶ。 The Labor Theory of Value has been the central concept of the classical economics represented by Adam Smith, David Ricardo and so on. The successor,Marxian economics,is different from modern mainstream economics in that it has the concept of value in addition to price and that it has a circular view of the economy. In this course, we learn the basic theory of money,labor value and the market economy in which the income distribution is decided by price mechanism.
