This course is aimed at offering to those students who have finished at least the first year of Spanish language program an additional opportunity to enhance their proficiency in this language under a personalized guidance and coaching according to each student’s needs and readiness. This course will rely on CEFR for reference and the students will acquire a balanced proficiency of Spanish in oral and written comprehension, oral and written output and oral interaction.

This course is aimed at offering to those students who have finished at least a first year of Spanish language learning with willingness to learn further, an additional opportunity to enhance their proficiency in this language under a personalized guidance and coaching according to each student’s needs and readiness. This course will rely on CEFR for reference and the students will acquire a balanced proficiency of Spanish in each of its domains of oral and written comprehension, oral and written output and oral interaction.
Classes will meet on Wednesdays (5) and Fridays (5). Topics, materials, and activities of both days are coordinated; therefore, students can choose to attend the class only one day or both.
2024: in case of online classes, material will be distributed in GoogleDrive, and there will be a real-time communication with the facilitators (teacher and TA) on Google Meet.

基本的な文章の理解や買い物、旅行等の日常でよく使う会話について学び、スペイン語の読み書きができるようになることを目指します。
Spanish is the official language in 20 countries around the world, comprising almost 600 million speakers. In today's highly information-oriented society, life without the internet seems to be unthinkable. In that important context, Spanish is the third most commonly used language on the Internet. By studying Spanish, you can internationally expand your horizons and enlarge your sphere of knowledge and international communication. Besides, the language can unlock a world of travel destination for you too.
Object of Class: this course is designed to provide students with basic knowledge of the Spanish language and culture in Spain and Hispanic countries through a program that lets the students obtain a solid foundation in the language skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. For those purposes, the program covers the necessary aspects of grammar, vocabulary, conversation and culture.
Summary of Class: students will be able to read and write basic sentences, understand frequently used phrases and expressions and carry out habitual daily tasks and communication exchanges in Spanish.
基礎スペイン語Ⅰで学んだことをもとに、「読む、書く、話す、理解する」のスペイン語運用スキルをより伸ばしていくために、文法、単語、スペイン語の文化の知識を深めていきます。
Object of Class: as a continuation of the Spanish basic course II, the students should deepen their writing, reading, listening and spoken interaction skills by putting more emphasis on vocabulary, grammar and culture aspects.
基礎スペイン語と展開スペイン語Iで学んだ文法事項を確認しながら、スペイン語圏の話題を扱った教材を通じて、スペイン語の運用能力の向上とスペイン語圏社会への理解を深める。併せて、スペイン語による表現の力を養う。
今学期はA2の学習者用に編集されたスペインの画家パブロ・ピカソの伝記を読みながら、スペイン語を学んでいく。
The aim of this class is to develop language skills in Spanish and deepen the understanding of the Spanish-speaking countries, with reviewing the Spanish grammar students learned in the Basic Spanish I & II and Intermediate Spanish II.
In this semester, students study Spanish reading a book about Pablo Picasso edited for A2 learners.
