Learning the basic knowledge about the utilization of medical information and health care to solve social issues related to medical care and welfare.
医療情報には、１）疾病に関する医学的な知識や医薬品に関する情報、２）診療に関する患者個人の情報、３）診療所、病院などの医療施設固有の情報がある。情報化社会である現在では、医療情報の果たす役割はきわめて重要であり、それらを医療機関内のみならず地域で連携し共有しつつ、患者、医療スタッフ双方が適切に活用することにより、地域包括ケアシステムの充実と医療の質向上が期待できる。薬剤師が、それぞれの情報源から適切な形で情報を取り出し、加工して必要な受け手に提供することで患者毎に最適な薬物療法を実施し、患者のQOLを向上することができる。本講義では、様々な場面における薬剤業務を通して、医療情報に関する基本的知識を習得し、それらを活用するための方法や、院内のみならず地域の医療スタッフへの情報提供の仕組みについても学ぶ。
This course provides students with basic knowledge of medical information necessary for pharmaceutical care. Faculty and medical staff members in Tohoku University Hospital provide lectures, in an omnibus style.

Recently, radiological imaging technology for radiographs, CT, and MRI has undergone a major transition from traditional analog imaging to digital imaging. In digital medical imaging, it is essential to acquire fundamental knowledge that differs from traditional knowledge systems and to understand digital technology in terms of data processing, storage, and networking.
