授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

医療福祉情報のネットワークおよびその活用に関する基礎知識を習得する。
Learning the basics on networking of healthcare information and data utilization.

医療福祉に関する社会的課題を医療情報やヘルスケアの活用に関する基礎知識を修得し、その解決方法を学ぶ
Learning the basic knowledge about the utilization of medical information and health care to solve social issues related to medical care and welfare.

学修の到達目標/Goal of study

医療福祉情報ネットワークシステムと、関連する標準技術について理解する。
Understanding healthcare network information system and related standardized technologies.

自らが考える医療福祉における社会的課題を設定し、その解決に対する方法論・アイディアを述べることができる。
Students will be able to set their own social issues in medical care and welfare, and describe their methodologies and ideas for solving them.

授業内容・方法と進度予定/Contents and progress schedule of the class

・医療福祉情報ネットワーク連携システムについての説明と討論
・SS-MIX2, DICOM, HL7, IHE, FHIR等の医療情報におけるデータ交換規約の説明
講義およびゼミ形式またはISTUで行う。（講義回数８回（内3回ISTU）を予定）
-Lecture and discussion about the healthcare information network system
-Lecture about the standards on medical information data exchange such as SS-MIX2, DICOM, HL7, IHE, and FHIR.
The class style: lecture-style, discussion-style and online-style (ISTU)
(8 classes in total, three of them will be provided via ISTU.)

・社会的課題の探求方法、統計情報の参照方法、利用方法の説明とディスカッション
・国内外における先進的事例・個人情報ビジネスの参照方法、理解の説明とディスカッション
・国際規格や諸外国の動向の説明とディスカッション
・医療福祉における社会的課題と解決方法に関するディスカッション

Face-to-face lectures
Basic knowledge and discussion of medical information and medical information systems
Explanation and discussion on how to explore social issues and how to refer to and use statistical information
Explanation and discussion on how to refer to and understand advanced cases and personal information business in Japan and abroad.
Explanation and discussion of international standards and trends in other countries
Discussion on social issues and solutions in healthcare and welfare
