授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

医療情報システムやアプリケーション、データの標準化とその活用に関する基礎知識を習得する。
Learning the basics of medical information systems, applications, standardization, and data utilization.

学修の到達目標/Goal of study

電子カルテや地域連携システム、Personal Health Record (PHR)などの医療情報システムと関連するアプリケーション。またデータ活用に関する課題について理解する。
-Understanding medical information systems and related applications such as electronic medical records, community-based medical care network systems, and personal health records.
-Understanding the challenges of data utilization.

授業内容・方法と進度予定/Contents and progress schedule of the class

・病院情報システムや地域医療連携システム、Personal Health Record
・FHIR、SS-MIX等、医療情報における標準規格
・医療ビッグデータ
講義およびゼミ形式またはISTUで行う。（講義回数８回（内3回ISTU）を予定）

- Hospital information systems and health information exchanges.
- Standardization of medical information, such as FHIR and SS-MIX.
- Medical big data
The class style: lecture-style, discussion-style and online-style (ISTU)
(8 classes in total, three of them will be provided via ISTU.)
