This course pays attention to the public projects such as constructions and improvements of roads, railways, ports, airports, dams, breakwaters, urban redevelopments, parks, and anti-disaster preventions. The objective of this course is to study the theory and practical methodology to analysis the influences of those projects and to evaluate those from viewpoint of socio-economics. The main topic is cost benefit analysis.

Purpose：To make urban planning, transportation planning and other public policies, it is useful to capture the social-economic system as a mathematical system by learning microeconomics.
Outline：Basics of microeconomics are explained in lectures. In addition, they are applied to urban planning and transport planning.

１．目的：交通サービスの需給分析，道路の計画・設計，交通流の円滑な運用に関わる基本理論を理解し，交通計画・交通管理の実際を学ぶ．
２．概要：具体的には，(1) 道路交通流ダイナミクスの基本理論および信号制御理論，(2) 交通サービスの供給と需要の構造・特性のモデリング，交通ネットワーク均衡分析法の基礎を学ぶ．最後に，これらの理論を基礎として，交通需要管理(TDM) 政策や実際の交通プロジェクトの評価方法を議論する．
３．達成目標：交通ネットワークの需給均衡分析の方法を具体的に理解し，道路交通流と交通管理の基礎理論を踏まえた上で，交通計画・交通需要管理の現状と課題を理解・説明できることが目標である．

経済学のスペシャリストの養成を念頭に置いた、大学院レベルのミクロ経済学の基礎を学習する。到達目標レベルは以下の通り
・一般化された（または明示的に解くことのできない）モデルの比較静学分析を適切に実施できる
・部分均衡及び一般均衡モデルを用いた厚生分析の方法を正しく理解している
他大学の経済学研究科等を念頭に置いたレベル設定になっているため、学部などで基礎レベルのミクロ経済学を履修済みであることを前提とする。
なお、2024年度の本講義は、Google classroomを使用してオンラインで授業を行う。受講者はclass room上で配布される講義資料（ノート）に加え、音声付PPT資料またはビデオを随時視聴して自習する。その後、宿題またはレポートを提出する。
これらの詳細については、必要に応じてclassroomに掲載するので、各自チェックすること。
個々の消費者や生産者の行動を基礎とする「ミクロ経済学」について基礎理論と応用を学びます。現実の経済で起きているさまざまな経済事象を論理的に考え、理解できる力を身につけることを目的とします。前半は、消費者の行動と生産者の行動などのミクロ経済学の基礎理論について、後半は、基礎理論を応用して現実問題の分析や最適な政策とはどうあるべきかについて説明します。
In this course, we study the foundational theories and applications of "microeconomics," which are based on the behaviors of individual consumers and producers. The goal is to develop the ability to logically analyze and understand various economic phenomena occurring in the real economy. The first half covers the basic theories of microeconomics, such as consumer behavior and producer behavior. The second half explains the application of these foundational theories to address real-world problems and discuss the optimal policies to deal with them.
空間経済学は、伝統的な経済学に空間的要素を取り入れ、国際貿易や産業の集積などを解明する。この授業は近年著しい発展を見せた貿易理論と地域科学に関する知見を重点的に紹介する。具体的には、国際経済学の新貿易理論、地域経済学の代表的な一般均衡モデルを紹介し、それらの応用例を講述する予定である。これらの内容を理解するには、ミクロ経済学の基礎知識が必要である。
Spatial economics clarifies regional industrial agglomeration and international trade by incorporating spatial factors into traditional economics. This lecture mainly focuses on trade theory and regional science, which exhibit a remarkable development in recent years. Specifically, we study representative general-equilibrium models in international economics and regional economics, and then show their applications. To understand this course, you are expected to have some basic knowledge of microeconomics.
本講義の目的は、環境問題を分析するための経済学の基礎理論を取得することです。
環境経済学は、ミクロ経済学の応用分野の一つです。このため、ミクロ経済学の知識を前提とて講義を進めます。ミクロ経済学の復習用に、講義ノート１～５.PDFを添付しているので、忘れてしまった人やミクロ経済学を勉強したことのない人は事前にこれを読んで、授業に参加してください。
また、第１回と第２回の講義用の講義ノート（講義ノート6と講義ノート7）も添付しているので、それを予習して授業に臨んでください。
The purpose of this course is to acquire basic knowledge of economic theory to analyze environmental issues.
Environmental economics is one of the applied fields of microeconomics. Therefore, knowledge of microeconomics is assumed in the lectures. 講義ノート1-5.PDF is attached for review of microeconomics. Those who have forgotten or have never studied microeconomics should read them before the course.
Also attached are the lecture notes for the first and second lectures (講義ノート6 and 講義ノート7). Please study those in advance and come to class.
本講義は、中級マクロ経済学に引き続き、大学院レベルのマクロ経済学を解説する。具体的には、家計消費、失業の各理論、そして家計間の所得・消費・資産格差の関係を議論できる不完備市場の一般均衡モデル（Bewley-Aiyagari-Huggett Model)を解説する。さらに、マクロ経済学のモデルを用いて、金融財政政策についても議論する。演習と宿題では、数値計算によるモデル分析を行ってもらう予定である。
This course is a continuation of Intermediate Macroeconomics and will cover graduate-level macroeconomics. Specifically, the course will explain the theories of household consumption and unemployment, and the general equilibrium model with incomplete markets (Bewley-Aiyagari-Huggett model) that can discuss the relationship between income, consumption, and asset inequality among households. Furthermore, the macroeconomic model will be used to discuss monetary and fiscal policy. For exercises and homework, students will be asked to analyze the model numerically.
この授業では、公共部門である政府の資金調達（財政学）、支出の効果（公共経済学）の基礎的レベルを講義する。ここでは、経済理論的なアプローチに加えて、実証分析の手法と成果にも意が払われます。
In this class, I will teach the basic levels of public finance (revenue of public sector, government) and effects of expenditure (public economics). I will focus on empirical analysis methods and results, in addition to economic theory.
