博物館学芸員資格取得のために必要となる授業です。博物館の資料・標本類について管理や展示などの作業方法を、本学に付設する植物園、史料館、自然史標本館において実習する。履修希望者の専攻分野に応じて、実習を行う館園を割り振り、より実践的な実習となるようにする。
This class is needed for museum curator qualification acquisition. Students experience management in a museum and work of exhibition at this course. It's practiced in the Tohoku university museum, archives and botanical garden. Practiced facilities are assigned according to the specialty field of the attendance student.
植物の標本を作製し、名前を調べることは、植物の多様性を理解するための初歩的な手続きとして重要です。本実習では、植物の標本を作ることの意義やその手順について解説した上で，実際には野外に自生している植物の形態観察、標本作製を行い、植物の名前を調べる方法について学びます。また、植物標本をどのように扱うのか，植物標本はどのように保存されているのかなどの実際についても、標本館で学びます。
To understand plant diversity, we need observe the morphology as a first step. For the observation, we can use specimens in a herbarium. Thus, making specimens is one of essential works for plant taxonomy. In this course, we will collect wild plants in field around the Hakkoda botanical garden and will make dried specimens. Later, in the herbarium in Kawauchi campus, we will identify the plants collected in the field.
実際の遺跡発掘調査による資料の整理と分析作業を通して、考古学における遺跡調査法、資料分析法の基礎を学ぶ。資料に対する観察眼を養い、遺跡・遺物の調査研究を進めていくために必要な実技を修得する。遺物の特徴に応じた写真撮影の方法を実習する。資料保存・修復の作業実習も行う。また、発掘技術、測量作業、記録法などの実際を学ぶ。特に出席および毎回の受講態度を重視する。授業以外にも、相当量の宿題あり。
For the purpose of skill learning in museum studies practice, the class material is composed of archaeological research records and artifacts.
This course provides actual experiences of archaeological research. Archaeological records and excavated artifacts from the investigation by the Laboratory of Archaeology, Graduate School of Arts and Letters, Tohoku University are used in the class. The method of analysis and production of excavation reports are practiced during the class hours. A heavy load of homework (off class hour laboratory work) are expected. Good commands of the Japanese language are necessary especially during discussion and laboratory work.
東北大学には研究の基礎となり成果となった、膨大な資料標本や研究機器類がある。その中には、文学研究科の考古学資料が約20万件あり、これらの資料はおよそ90年間以上にわたる調査と研究によって収集されてきたものである。
本講義では、これらの資料について解説し、これら資料に基づいて構築された学説の意義について紹介するとともに、その研究史的意義と今日的な意義について検討する。本年度は、東北大学において進められてきた縄文時代および弥生時代研究の意義について検討する。
In Tohoku University there are many collections of the various fields. Approximately 200,000 of archaeology artifacts are in those. Those archaeology artifacts has been collected by investigations for more than 90 years.
This course provides explanations of archaeology collection of Tohoku University and the academic significance of the collection. In fiscal year 2023, it's explained mainly about research works about Jomon culture and Kofun culture advanced in Tohoku university.

In this lecture, 4 teachers lecture on the special quality of the material specimen which are earth science, archaeology and an art history, etc.

前期に行うポスター作成をさらに拡大強化し、「空想の展覧会」（フランスの文学者・文化史家アンドレ・マルローの概念に起因する）を企画し、カタログを作成するまでの作業を行う。
Students will acquire the ability to present the significance and value of works of art by placing their v isual qualities in the context of history and culture. They will expand and strengthen the poster creation process of the first semester, planning an "imaginary exhibition"(based on the concept of French literary and cultural historian André Malraux) and creating a catalog.
博物館の活動は資料の研究、収集・保存、展示、普及交流事業といった基本的な活動に加え、地域振興、NPOやボランティア等の市民団体との連携、博物館評価など、その事業内容は多面化しつつあります。これら事業同士を結び付け、発展させていくために、あらためて博物館経営の在り方が問われています。博物館経営の現状と課題についての諸問題を学びます。
The role of Museums diversifies. For example, in addition to research,collection,conservation management,exhibition,education, there are revitalization for regions,cooperation with citizens or museum evaluation, too.We connect these business, and it is a problem to develop from a viewpoint of the Museum management.This course introduces the present conditions and problems of the Museum management to students taking this course.

目的：
建設現場において実際に建築物をつくる施工というプロセス・行為について、他の講義・演習・設計との関連や、建設現場の実際などを含めて理解する。
概要：
建築施工にかかわる基礎的な知識、施工プロセス、各種の計画や管理、建設技術者としての心構えなどについて講義する。また、建設現場の見学や、建設会社などで実際に施工に携わる技術者からの講演などを通して、建築施工の実際についてもなるべく広範に取り扱う。
達成目標等：
建築物が実現するまでのプロセスについて、特に建設現場の視点から理解する。また、建築施工関連用語、基礎的施な工技術、施工のプロセスについて理解する。

This class focuses on the construction and execution process of building. This whole process is strongly related to other lectures, exercises, designs and drawings. Basic knowledge of construction, construction process, various plans and management, attitude as a construction engineer, etc. are lectured. In addition, tours of construction sites and some lectures by engineers who actually work at construction companies will be provided.
