臨床の場で利用されている心電図、心音図などの循環器系検査は、生体が発するさまざまな信号を捉えるためのものであり、これらを学ぶことは生体の循環動態を正しく理解する上でも重要である。そこで、正常人の循環生理とその検査法について習熟すること、さらには循環器系疾患の病態生理について理解することを目的とする。
筋電図検査は骨格筋、末梢神経、脊髄の機能的な異常を含めて検出する検査法である。基礎的解剖・生理学の知識を踏まえた上で、代表的筋疾患と筋電図、誘発電位検査の理解を深める。
Electrocardiograms, phonocardiograms, and other cardiovascular tests used in clinical practice are designed to capture various signals emitted by the body. Thus, learning these tests is important for a correct understanding of the circulatory dynamics of the body. The purpose of this course is to familiarize students with the circulatory physiology in normal humans and its examination methods and further understand the pathophysiology of cardiovascular diseases.
Electromyography is an examination method to detect functional abnormalities including those of skeletal muscles, peripheral nerves, and spinal cord. Based on knowledge of basic anatomy and physiology, students will gain an understanding of typical muscle diseases and electromyography and evoked potential testing.
薬物療法学３では、心臓・血管系疾患、腎・泌尿器系疾患、消化器系疾患、内分泌・代謝疾患について各疾患の概要を学ぶとともに、患者の症状、検査所見から病因・病名を推定し、治療方針および処方を決定する方法を理解する。また、使用される個々の薬物の目的、根拠、方法、使用量、期待される効果、副作用等を学ぶ。

感染症は全ての診療科に関連する重要な疾患である。近年の新型コロナウイルスの流行や新型インフルエンザウイルスの出現、エボラ出血熱の流行、耐性菌、院内感染など社会的にも大きな問題となっている。微生物検査では、検体中に存在する原因微生物の検出と同定、薬剤感受性検査を行う。講義では、各臓器に特徴的な感染症、新興再興感染症、日和見感染症などとともに、臨床検体の採取及び検査の方法を中心に臨床微生物学について学ぶ。

In recent years, the outbreak of SARS-CoV2, the emergence of new influenza viruses, the epidemic of Ebola hemorrhagic fever, drug-resistant bacteria, and nosocomial infections have become major social problems. Microbial testing includes detection, identification and drug susceptibility testing of causative microorganisms present in specimens. In this class, learn about infectious diseases characteristic of each organ, emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases, and opportunistic infectious diseases, as well as clinical microbiology focusing on methods for collecting and testing clinical specimens.
