臨床微生物検査のための基礎的理解
Basic understanding for clinical microbiology
感染症は全ての診療科に関連する重要な疾患である。近年の新型コロナウイルスの流行や新型インフルエンザウイルスの出現、エボラ出血熱の流行、耐性菌、院内感染など社会的にも大きな問題となっている。微生物検査では、検体中に存在する原因微生物の検出と同定、薬剤感受性検査を行う。講義では、各臓器に特徴的な感染症、新興再興感染症、日和見感染症などとともに、臨床検体の採取及び検査の方法を中心に臨床微生物学について学ぶ。
Infectious diseases are important diseases related to all clinical departments. In recent years, the outbreak of SARS-CoV2, the emergence of new influenza viruses, the epidemic of Ebola hemorrhagic fever, drug-resistant bacteria, and nosocomial infections have become major social problems. Microbial testing includes detection, identification and drug susceptibility testing of causative microorganisms present in specimens. In this class, learn about infectious diseases characteristic of each organ, emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases, and opportunistic infectious diseases, as well as clinical microbiology focusing on methods for collecting and testing clinical specimens.
感染症の種類、病態、症状、診断、治療、予防について理解するとともに、原因微生物検査のための検体採取、血清診断法、遺伝子検査法などについて理解する。
Understand various infectious diseases, their symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and prevention, sampling of clinical specimens, detection/identification methods of various pathogenic microbes, and also serological and genetic diagnosis of these diseases.

期末試験を重視し（90％程度）、平常点（10％程度）などを加味して総合的に評価する。
Grading is evaluated by attendance (about 10%) and term-end exams (about 90%).
前回の講義の復習テストを実施するので、教科書などを参考にして講義内容を復習する。
