本科目は,Ⅰがん放射線治療トレーニング，Ⅱがん化学療法トレーニングから構成されている。がんの治療はチーム医療であり，専門職としての技術や能力の他に腫瘍学全般の知識が必要である。本科目では，放射線，抗がん剤の各治療法ならびに画像診断の基礎および臨床を習得する。/Treatment for Cancer is one of the most important team medicine with an advanced professional skill. This course consists of two practices of Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy to understand diagnostic imaging and multidisciplinary therapy for cancer.
臨床遺伝専門医・指導医や認定遺伝カウンセラーの指導のもとに、東北大学病院遺伝科、東北大学病院遺伝子診療部各科外来、宮城県立こども病院総合診療科臨床遺伝外来、産科遺伝カウンセリング外来等において、遺伝医療、遺伝カウンセリングに同席して実習をおこなう。
能力に応じて、疾患説明用aids の作成、家系図の聴取や記載、説明の補助や記録、診療後のフォロー、電話フォローアップなどを実習する。担当症例については、遺伝カウンセリング記録を作成し、それをもとに指導医・認定遺伝カウンセラーと、指導教授のスーパーヴァイズを受ける。さらにカンファレンスにて症例発表を担当する。
Under the guidance of clinical genetic specialists, supervising physicians, and certified genetic counselors, students attend and practice genetic medicine and genetic counseling at Tohoku University Hospital's Department of Genetics, Tohoku University Hospital's Department of Genetic Medicine, Miyagi Children's Hospital's Department of General Medicine's Clinical Genetics Outpatient Clinic, and Obstetrics Genetic Counseling Outpatient Clinic.
Depending on their ability, they will practice preparing aides for disease explanation, interviewing and describing family trees, assisting and recording explanations, following up after treatment, and following up by telephone. For the cases they are in charge of, they will prepare genetic counseling records and receive supervision from their supervising physician, certified genetic counselor, and supervising professor based on the records. In addition, students will be responsible for presenting their cases at conferences.

集学的治療、最新治療、最新の臨床試験など、各専門医コースの高度な学識と症例検討を通じた高い臨床能力を習得するためのアドバンスド講義科目。学内外（海外含む）講師による「東北大学病院がんセミナー」、診療科横断的な症例検討会「東北大学病院希少がん、難治がんカンファレンス」、剖検症例の臨床診断・治療および病理診断を総合討論する「東北大学病院臨床病理カンファレンス」、ゲノム医療を検討する「がんゲノム診断カンファレンス」、「院内がん登録実務者養成コース」、「遺伝子診療部教育セミナー」
This seminar provides seminars and conferences that enable you to learn higher knowledge on clinical oncology. These are Cancer Seminar, Chemotherapy Conference, Training course on cancer registry, and Molecular Tumor Board.
遺伝カウンセリングの実践の準備ための講義とロールプレイ等による演習。遺伝カウンセリングにおいて頻度の高い遺伝性疾患を学び、“fact sheet”を作成する。それらの疾患に関してロールプレイを行いながら、遺伝カウンセリングの実践の準備を行う。また、遺伝外来や遺伝カウンセリング外来の外来陪席見学とそれらのカンファレンスの参加を通じて、様々な症例の遺伝カウンセリングの状況を学ぶ。陪席症例については、遺伝カウンセリング記録、カンファレンスにおいての疾患説明等の作成発表を行い、臨床遺伝専門医や認定遺伝カウンセラーの指導を通じて、2年次の遺伝カウンセリング実習への準備を行う。
