授業の目的と概要 Aim
集学的治療、最新治療、最新の臨床試験など、各専門医コースの高度な学識と症例検討を通じた高い臨床能力を習得するためのアドバンスド講義科目。学内外（海外含む）講師による「東北大学病院がんセミナー」、診療科横断的な症例検討会「東北大学病院希少がん、難治がんカンファレンス」、剖検症例の臨床診断・治療および病理診断を総合討論する「東北大学病院臨床病理カンファレンス」、ゲノム医療を検討する「がんゲノム診断カンファレンス」、「院内がん登録実務者養成コース」、「遺伝子診療部教育セミナー」
This seminar provides seminars and conferences that enable you to learn higher knowledge on clinical oncology. These are Cancer Seminar, Chemotherapy Conference, Training course on cancer registry, and Molecular Tumor Board.
「がんプロセミナー」を通じて、多職種・多診療領域の最新のがん医療やがん研究の動向を学ぶ。「希少がん、難治がんカンファレンス」や「臨床病理カンファレンス」では複数診療科が関わる難しい症例の診断・治療方針や病理診断による病態の解析の手法を学ぶ。院内がん登録実務者養成コースでは、院内がん登録に携わる実務者の教育、研修を目的とし、がん登録に必要ながんに関する基礎知識や関連する疫学・医学統計学について幅広く習熟する。がんゲノム診断カンファレンスでは、遺伝子パネル検査の結果から患者個人のがんの生物学的特性とその治療方針決定について学ぶ。
The three seminar or conferences will be held in the University Hospital. Learn recent progresses in cancer research, diagnosis and treatment through the seminar and conferences.
2つのセミナーは講演会。３つのカンファレンスは実際の症例検討会。１回完結で定例開催。
院内がん登録実務者養成コースは、がん登録の理論と実務について、習熟する。
いずれもウェブ開催になる可能性有り（別途案内）。
Two seminars are lectures and three conferences are actual case studies.
One complete session is held regularly.
The in-hospital cancer registry practitioner training course will be learning students with the theory and practice of cancer registration.
All events may be held on the web (to be announced separately)
出席状況（２年間で合計２８回以上の出席を目安）で総合的に判断する。
At least 28 time attendances in two years are necessary.
４月入学者については、２年間の４月～３月の出席回数に基づいて成績を認定いたします。
10月入学者については、２年間の１０月～9月の出席回数に基づいて成績を認定いたします。
なお、いずれも成績付与は5月頃となります。
April admissions,Grades will be based on attendance over a two-year period(April - March).
October admissions,Grades will be based on attendance over a two-year period(October - September).
In both cases, grades will be assigned around May.
大幅に遅れて参加された場合は、出席カウントされませんのでご留意ください。
Please note that attendance will not be counted if you arrive significantly late.
