この授業では、卓球の特徴（１．戦術によってある程度の体力差をカバーすることができるため、性別や体力差を越えて一緒にゲームを楽しむことが比較的容易である。２．初心者から、経験者までそれぞれにゲームを手軽に楽しむことができるため、自分に合ったゲームを楽しみながら体力を高めることに向いている。）を生かして、競技特性および戦術の理解を目指す。その中で、多様な競技レベルの受講生が協力し合いながら各々のレベルに応じた卓球を楽しむ能力の向上を図る。

【目的】
「投げる」・「打つ」・「走る」といったソフトボールの基本技術の習得を目指し、キャッチボールをはじめとする練習やゲームを通じてソフトボールのおもしろさを経験する。
【概要】
ソフトボールは個人の「役割」と「責任」が非常に大きいスポーツである。ボールが飛んできたら、責任を持って対応しなければならない一方で、他の人はカバーやフォローをしなくてはならない。また、打席には一人で立たなくてはならない。練習やゲームを通して、「うまくなる」ことを目指し、積極的にボールを打って、追って、投げてもらう。
