授業の目的・概要及び達成方法等

生体分子(タンパク質、核酸、脂質、糖など)の解析には高度な分析技術が応用されている。それらの原理を説明するとともに、どのような分子に対しどのような分析技術が使われうるのかを解説する。そして生体分子の解析が疾患のメカニズムの解明や診断においてどのように使われうるのかを議論する。

復習：講義の中で理解の難しかった点について参考書などを用いて調べ、理解を進める。
・一回の授業につき、概ね2時間の学習を求める
