Developmental Biology, Anatomy and Ethology
さまざまな動物および胚に触れ、その構造と成り立ちおよびそれらに関わる遺伝子情報について理解することを目的とする。脊椎動物胚の観察、微細操作、細胞培養、などを行い、無菌操作や微細手術などを会得する。
また個体レベルの行動を画像解析ツールを用いて定量的に解析する手法を取得することを目的とする。
The purpose of this course is to observe various animals and embryos, and to understand genetic information on their structure and morphogenesis. Observation of vertebrate embryos, micromanipulation and cell culture are performed, and skills of aseptic manipulation and microsurgery are obtained.
We also aim to understand how to analyze animal behavior quantitatively using an image analysis tool.
動物のからだの成り立ちと、胚の構造を理解し描写できる。
細胞を個体から取り出し、無菌的に培養できる。
画像解析ツールを使って個体レベルの行動を定量的に解析する手法を習得する。
To understand and describe the structure of embryo and animal's body.
To aseptically culture cells excised from animal’s body.
To understand how to use an image analysis tool.
