統計物理学Iの演習
Exercises for Statistical Physics I
統計物理学Iの講義内容を深く理解するために、具体的な問題を題材とした演習を行う。
This course provides typical problems in statistical physics so that students can get a better understanding of the subject.
・統計物理学Iの内容に関する基本的な問題が解けるようになること。
・統計物理学Iの内容に対して論理的な説明が出来るようになること。
Students are expected to be able to solve basic problems related to the contents of Statistical Physics I.
・2クラスに分かれて行う(「その他」参照のこと)。
・典型的な問題の解説および関連する問題の演習を中心にすすめる。
・適宜、テストの実施あるいはレポート提出を課し、習熟度を確認する。
・以下のテーマを取り扱う。
熱力学の復習
エントロピーの統計力学的な定義
統計集団と確率分布 (ミクロカノニカル分布、カノニカル分布、グランドカノニカル分布)
理想気体の状態方程式の統計力学による導出
様々な系への統計力学の応用
Contents:
Thermodynamics
Statistical mechanical entropy
Statistical ensembles (microcanonical/canonical/grand canonical ensembles)
Derivation of the equation of state for ideal gases
Application of statistical mechanics to various systems
テスト、レポート、授業時の発表などにより行う。
Evaluation will be made on achievements in examinations, reports and presentation in class et al.
特定の教科書や参考書は用いないが、参考書などは適宜授業の際に紹介する。

事前に配布する問題を、適宜、各種書籍を参考にするなどして解いておくこと。
It is required to solve the problems that are distributed before the class.
