日本と東南アジアにおけるノンフォーマル教育についての質的調査
Qualitative Research on Non-formal Education in Japan and Southeast Asia
この授業の柱は次の2 つである。1 つめは、質的調査法を理解することである。2 つめは、質的調査法を用いて、日本や東南アジアにおけるノンフォーマル教育の実態を実証的に分析することである。具体的には、仙台市内もしくはインドネシアへのフィールドワークを予定している。受講者には、質的調査法を理解したうえで調査・研究に取り組むとともに、現場への貢献が求められる。
This course consists of two main parts. First, students should deepen their understanding of qualitative research. Second, students investigate the actual conditions of non-formal education in Japan or Southeast Asia using qualitative research methods. Specifically, this course is designed for fieldwork in Sendai City or Indonesia. Students are required to have both an understanding of qualitative research methods and a contribution to non-formal education.

授業での発表・取り組み（80%）、期末レポート（20%）による評価を行う。
Students are evaluated on their presentations and class participation (80%) and the final report(20%).
学外での調査を実施するため、授業時間外の活動への参加も求められる。
Students are required to participate in fieldwork outside of class hours.
