教育実践や教育学研究に必須となる「情報を扱う能力」の修得
Information processing literacy for the research and practice in education

授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

ICT（Information and Communication Technology）社会においてはICT利用の操作の知識、技術のみならず、法律等も知らなければならない（知識）。そして、その知識をもとにうまくICTを活用していく必要がある（実践）。さらに教育者は、学習者にその知識を伝え、ICTを活用させること（教授）が求められる。本講義ではICTを活用した教育を実施するうえで必要となる、コンピュータとそのネットワークについて、知識、実践、教授の3側面から学習する。
より具体的には、コンピュータとネットワークで使われている技術について解説し、その技術が教育現場にどのようにおようされているのか紹介していく。

In our society that relies on ICT (Information and Communication Technology), one must possess not only the knowledge and skills for using ICT but also the law with regard to the use of ICT. Also, one has to utilize ICT effectively, and also has to have skills for teaching such knowledge and skills to the learners. In this course of lectures, students learn to utilize computers and networks for educational purposes, from three viewpoints of knowledge, practice, and teaching.

学習の到達目標/Goal of study

・情報通信技術（ネットワーク，情報の収集・管理，セキュリティなど）の基礎を理解することができる。
・教育における情報通信技術活用のあり方（実践例・今後の展望を含む）について考察し、その後の学修・研究に向けた動機づけや，実践的な教育方法・教材等の開発に向けた見通しを持つことができる。

To be able to understand the basic concepts regarding ICT (network, security, and handling information).
To be able to envision how ICT can be utilized for education and be motivated for further study and research on the field.

成績評価方法/Evaluation method

ミニットペーパーとレポート課題、及びディスカッションでの発言内容・態度等を総合的に判断して評価する。

Comprehensive evaluation will be made based on class performance, participation in discussions, and reports.

授業時間外学習/Preparation and Review

講義の理解を深めるため、各回の復習が必要となる、また課題に取り組むための時間が必要である

It is necessary to review literature in order to write the reports.
