授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

以下の実験手技の獲得を目的とする。
1) 細胞培養 Cell culture
2) タンパク質解析（ウェスタンブロット法、酵素免疫化学等） Western blot analysis, enzyme immunoassay
3) 免疫組織化学 Immunohistochemistry
4) 分子生物学の基礎的手技 Molecular biology

This course offers an opportunity to acquire the methods and the technology for the experimental studies.

自ら研究を進行できる、実験手技の獲得。

The purpose of this course is to help students to obtain the methods and the technology for the experimental studies.

授業内容・方法と進度予定/Contents and progress schedule of the class

1) 細胞培養 （7.5 時間）
2) タンパク質解析（ウェスタンブロット法、酵素免疫化学等）（7.5 時間）
3) 免疫組織化学（7.5 時間）
4) 分子生物学の基礎的手技 （7.5 時間）

This course consists of training for the experimental methods as shown below:
Cell culture experiments (7.5 hrs)
Western blot analysis and enzyme immunoassay (7.5 hrs)
Immunocytochemistry (7.5 hrs)
Basic techniques of molecular biology (7.5 hrs)
