授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

リプロダクティブヘルスやウィメンズヘルスに関する最新の学術論文を検索し、それを精読することによって、性と生殖への医療に関する最新のエビデンスを収集する技能を習得するとともに、エビデンスをを解釈、臨床に活用するための方策について学ぶ。これらを通して、学生が関心を持つ領域での研究課題の明確化や研究方法の妥当性の検討ができる基礎的な能力を育成する。

By searching for and reading the latest academic articles on reproductive health and women's health, students will develop the skills to gather the latest evidence on sexual and reproductive health care and learn how to interpret and apply the evidence to clinical practice. Through these activities, students will develop the basic ability to clarify research questions and examine the validity of research methods in their area of interest.

学修の到達目標/Goal of study

1) 臨床疑問に基づいた最新の文献の検索ができる。
2) 文献を精読し、その文献で示されたエビデンスを批判的に討議できる。
3) ガイドライン等と照らし合わせ、臨床上の位置づけや臨床に活用する方策について考えられる。

1) Be able to search the current literature based on clinical questions.
2) Read the literature carefully and critically discuss the evidence in the literature.
3) Consider the clinical relevance of the literature and how it applies to clinical practice in the context of guidelines, etc.

授業内容・方法と進度予定/Contents and progress schedule of the class

内容：毎回、リプロダクティブヘルス、ウィメンズヘルス、セクシュアリティに関する1つの論文について精読を行う。
方法：1人が論文の内容を紹介し、別の1人が論文へのクリティークを行うその後、学生と教員での全体討議を行う。

Content: Each session consists of a close reading of an article on reproductive health, women's health, and sexuality.
Method: One person will present the content of the article, and another person will critique the article, followed by a plenary discussion among students and faculty.

成績評価方法/Evaluation method

プレゼンテーション（論文紹介、クリティーク）、日々の討議への参加により評価する。

Evaluation will be based on presentations (paper introductions and critiques) and participation in daily discussions.

授業時間外学修/Preparation and Review

論文は1週間前には公表される。
論文を読み、テーマに関連するガイドライン等の事前学習をしたうえで、セミナーに臨むこと。

Papers will be announced one week in advance.
Read the papers and study the guidelines and other information related to the topic before coming to the seminar.
