精神看護の対象である精神科医療施設における患者とその家族に必要なケアを提
供するための看護計画を科学的根拠に基づき立案し、科学的視点から直接ケアを実
施・評価・修正することで、ケアとキュアを融合した高度な看護実践に役立つ知識と
スキルを総合的に習得する。具体的には、精神科閉鎖病棟と医療観察法病棟のそれぞ
れ異なる治療環境に入院中の患者のケアに必要な観察、回復と社会復帰に必要な薬物
療法、精神療法、作業療法、社会復帰リハビリテーション等の治療、再発防止のため
の指導を諸理論を用いて検討し、対象者が適切に意思決定できるよう支援しながら必
要なケアを展開する。
Students will accomplish comprehensive learning of knowledge and skills that contribute to advanced nursing practice integrating care and cure, through planning, implementation, evaluation, and revision of direct nursing care plan based on scientific evidence and review, to provide necessary care for patients and families who are subject to mental health nursing at mental healthcare organizations. Specifically, students will discuss observation which is required for care for patients admitted to different treatment environments (i.e. psychiatric closed units and forensic care units); medication which is required for recovery and social reintegration; other treatment and recurrence prevention such as psychotherapy, occupational therapy, social rehabilitation, based on multiple theories. Students will proceed necessary care while supporting the person’s appropriate decision making.
2つの異なる治療環境（精神科閉鎖病棟と医療観察法病棟）における患者とその家族に対する直接ケアを精神看護専門看護師のスーパービジョンを受けながら実践できる。
＜各病棟共通の学習到達目標＞
精神看護の対象である患者とその家族をバイオソーシャルサイコの側面から捉え、諸
理論を用いてアセスメントし、看護計画を立案、実施、評価できる。
＜医療観察法病棟での学習到達目標＞
1）医療観察法に基づき運営されている医療観察法病棟の特徴と機能を説明できる。
2）心神喪失等の状態で重大な他害行為を行った者に対する再発防止を目的とした治療プログラムの一部を運用できる。
3）定期的に実施される保護観察所や医療機関、関係機関との「ケア会議」で、患者の退院に向けた生活および治療環境の調整を検討できる。
Provide direct care to patients and families in clinical practice at two different treatment environments (i.e. psychiatric closed units and forensic care units) under the supervision by psychiatric-mental health clinical nurse specialists (PMH-CNSs).
＜A common learning goal in each care unit＞
Assess bio-psycho-social aspects of patients and families who are subject to mental health nursing care by applying multiple theories, and conduct planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing care plan.
＜An individual learning goal in forensic care units＞
1) Explain the characteristics and functioning of forensic care units that are organized based on the Medical Treatment and Supervision Act.
2) Organize a part(s) of the treatment program aimed at recurrence prevention to the person who have committed serious offences that are not legally responsible because of mental health impairment or cognitive impairment.
3) Discuss coordination of living and treatment environment after discharge of the patient in regular “care conferences” involving probation offices, healthcare organizations, and other relevant organizations.
