原則第3講義室で開講する。しかし、次の日時は別教室で授業を行う。

精神疾患の救急・急性期における患者とその家族に対して、これまでに学んだ危機理論をはじめとする各種理論を用いた高度な精神看護を実践するための能力を養う。また、行動制限中の患者や精神科救急・急性期の患者に見られがちな興奮・攻撃性に対するアセスメントとリスクマネジメント、暴力の予防、援助技法を演習を通して習得する。さらに、精神看護専門看護師の役割である、実践、教育、相談、研究、調整、倫理的調整の方法と技術を精神科救急・急性期で発展させる。
To foster the competence to practice advanced mental health nursing interventions to patients with mental illness in psychiatric emergency and/or acute care and their families by applying various theories such as the crisis theory that were learnt in previous sessions. In addition, to learn assessment and risk management of agitation and aggression that are often observed in patients with behavioural restrictions, or those in psychiatric emergency and/or acute care units; violence prevention, and support techniques through the practice sessions. Furthermore, to extend approaches and skills in psychiatric emergency and/or acute care for practice, education, consultation, research, coordination, and ethical coordination that are roles of psychiatric-mental health clinical nurse specialists.
1）救急・急性期精神看護の対象である患者とその家族の状態をバイオサイコソーシャル面から既習の理論を用いてアセスメントし、援助する方法を習得できる。
2）行動制限中の患者や興奮・攻撃性のある患者に対する危機理論等を用いたアセスメントとリスクマネジメント、予防法、援助技法を習得できる。
3）救急・急性期精神看護の対象である患者とその家族に対する権利擁護、倫理調整、意思決定支援の方法を習得できる。
4）救急・急性期精神看護の対象である患者とその家族へ卓越した看護を提供するために必要な実践、教育、相談、研究、調整、倫理的調整を検討できる。
1) Learn techniques for assessment of bio-psychosocial aspects by applying learnt theories, and support for patients and families who are subject to psychiatric emergency and/or acute nursing care.
2) Learn techniques for assessment, risk management, violence prevention and support for patients with behaviour restrictions, agitation, or aggression by applying the crisis theory.
3) To learn approaches for advocacy, ethical coordination, and support for decision making for patients and families who are subject to psychiatric emergency and/or acute nursing care.
4) To foster the competence to examine practice, education, consultation, research, coordination, and ethical coordination that are required to provide advanced nursing interventions to patients and families who are subject to psychiatric emergency and/or acute nursing care.

Grade evaluation will be based on overall achievement level of learning in practice sessions.
事前に、精神看護学特論Ⅰ、Ⅱ、精神看護学セミナーⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳを復習しておくこと。
