がんの罹患や治療による影響を受けた個人とその家族に対し、高度実践看護を展開するがん看護専門看護師の役割について学習する。特に、病名や予後告知、治療選択、検査や治療に関連した危機的状況に直面した時の特徴的な反応や行動を理解し、意思決定を支援する看護介入について学習する。
Learn about the role of the oncology nurse specialist who develops advanced practice nursing care for individuals and their families affected by cancer and its treatment. In particular, they learn about nursing interventions to support decision-making by understanding characteristic reactions and behaviours when faced with crisis situations related to disease and prognosis announcement, treatment choices, testing and treatment.
1) がん看護専門看護師の役割を理解し、がん看護専門看護師への抱負と展望を持つ事が出来る。
2) がん患者および家族への病名や予後告知、治療選択、検査や治療に関連した危機的状況における意思決定支援における看護介入について考察できる。
1) Understand the role of the oncology nurse specialist and have aspirations and prospects for the oncology nurse specialist.
2) Consider nursing interventions in decision-making support for cancer patients and their families in crisis situations related to disease and prognosis announcement, treatment selection, testing and treatment.
