To learn about the theory and practice of developing and constructing community care systems to provide support based on an understanding of the health, health care environment, and health systems necessary to meet the diverse needs of people living in the community and to improve their quality of life.
地域ケアシステムの開発・構築：地域で生活する人々の多様なニーズに対応し，生活の質を向上させていくことに必要な保健，医療環境，制度をとらえ，それに基づいた支援を提供するための地域ケアシステムの開発・構築の理論と実践について学習する。
(1) Understand the social, health, medical, welfare, educational, and other conditions surrounding people living in the community.
(2) Understand methods of coordination using community resources and related health systems and policies.
(3) Understand theories and practices related to the development and construction of community care systems.
１）地域で生活する人々を取り巻く社会，保健，医療，福祉，教育等の状況をとらえる。
２）地域社会の資源を用いた調整の方法や関係する制度・政策等を理解する。
３）地域ケアシステムの開発・構築に関する理論と実践について理解する。
