Early Modern Document Research (2)

授業の目的と概要

「近世史料研究(1)」の続講。近世史料の正確な読解や基礎的な知識を身につけ、その上で自ら論点を探り、深めていく。受講者には、講義への主体的な参加を求める。なお、必ず「近世史料研究(1)」と連続で受講すること。

Course Objectives and Course Synopsis(授業の目的と概要)

This course aims to improve the students' ability to read early modern Japanese document. Sutudens are required to prepare for the assigned part of the designated handouts for each class.　References(handouts) are provided.

学習の到達目標

(1)近世史料についての読解能力を身につける。
(2)史料読解を通じて、自ら問題・関心を発見し深めていくきっかけをつかむ。

Learning Goals(学習の到達目標)

This is a seminar style course intended to allow students to have in-depth discussion between themselves so that they can acquire abundant knowledge and identeify a research issue.

教科書および参考書

「桃遠境論集」（コピー配布）　参考書：大槻文彦『伊達騒動実録』（吉川弘文館）、『仙台市史』通史編4近世2（仙台市）、小林清治『伊達騒動と原田甲斐』（吉川弘文館）

授業時間外学習

予習として、事前に配布された古文書のコピーについて古文書解読辞典を用いて読解し、文字・言葉の意味を各種辞典を用いて調べ、読み下し、現代語訳を作成する。受講後、講義内容をもとに自らの解釈の問題点を修正し、さらに習熟に努める。
