授業の目的と概要

　インド仏教における「密教」の占める位置とその意味について学んだのち，基本的な専門用語にも留意しながら，初期から後期まで史的展開に従って「インド密教の概略」を把握し，併せてインド密教と密接な繋がりを持っていたチベット仏教史の概略をも理解することを目指す。

The aims of this course are to
1. Understand the meaning of the Buddhist Tantrism in Indian Buddhist history.
2. Learn about the outline of the history of Indian and Tibetan Tantric Buddhism.
3. Grasp the fundamental Indian Tantric Buddhist technical terms.

レポート作成の準備も兼ねて，講義内で関心を持った事柄に関して参考書を使ってより深く調べてみる。

オンデマンド型オンライン形式で実施する。
「インド仏教史概説―その１―の既習者であること」を履修の原則とする。
