Project risk management I

授業の目的と概要/Object and Summary of Class

この講義はプロジェクトマネジメントのプロセスと手法を学ぶことを主な目的としている。同時に、防災、環境、ジェンダー、開発問題などのグローバルな課題を解決するためのプロジェクト企画・申請書の作成を学生自身が行い、それらを発表し議論を行う。

This course aims to learn processes and procedures related to project management. It includes an exercise of project planning, and students will give a presentation n the proposal they developed. This will focus on the project related to global challenges such as disaster risk reduction, environment, gender, and development.

学修の到達目標/Goal of Study

The purpose of this course is to help students better understand the world's challenges through the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction. At the same time, they will gain knowledge of the project management cycle - development of a project proposal, monitoring, and evaluation.
