助産学実習
Midwifery practice
母性看護学での学習を踏まえて、周産期にある女性およびその家族が経験する様々な変化を理解しながら、助産ケアのあり方を考え、女性およびその家族の機能が十分に発揮できるような包括的な支援を学ぶ。
Based on learning from maternity nursing, to understand the various changes experienced by women and their families in the perinatal period, to consider ways of midwifery care, and to learn comprehensive support so that women and their families can fully function.
1. 妊娠の助産診断、妊婦の健康診査を行い、女性とその家族に対して必要な援助が行える
2. 分娩経過と産婦の状態を判断をし、原理原則に基づき指導のもとに分娩介助が行える
3. 褥婦及び新生児の健康診査および必要な援助が行える
4. 周産期にある女性とその家族が新しい家族役割を獲得するために必要とする援助が行える
1. Able to conduct midwifery diagnosis of pregnancy, health checkup of pregnant women, and necessary midwifery care for women and their families.
2. Able to judge delivery progression and condition of pregnant woman, and to assist the delivery under guidance based on the principles.
3. Able to provide medical checkups for puerperal women and newborns and provide necessary care.
4. Aable to provide the necessary support for perinatal women and their families to gain new family roles.

2024年8月26日(月)～30日(金) 学内演習・施設オリエンテーション
2024年9月2日（月）～9月27日（金）の月～金 及び 10月2日（水）～11月22日（金）の水～金
ただし、実習施設や実習状況により土日・夜間待機実習がはいる場合がある。
2. 実習施設
東北大学病院、仙台赤十字病院、東北公済病院、仙台市立病院
3. 実習内容
分娩介助実習：目標10例。初期計画と分娩経過の助産診断の記録を作成し提出する。
機能別実習：妊娠期、分娩期、産褥期にある女性とその家族に対して必要な保健指導、助産技術、健康診査を、見学または保健指導を実施する。その日の学びについて記録を作成し提出する。
継続事例実習：分娩期から産後1か月まで継続して対象母児1組を受け持つ。産褥経過の助産診断の記録を作成し提出する。
Delivery assistance practice: Aim for 10 cases. To create and submit records of initial plans and midwifery diagnosis on delivery progress.
Functional practice: To conduct observations or health guidance on the necessary health education, midwifery techniques, and health checkups for women and their families during pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum periods. To create and submit records of your learning of the day.
Continuing case practice: To continuously oversee one mother-infant pair from the delivery to one month postpartum. To create and submit records of midwifery diagnosis on postpartum progress.
実習記録（90％）、平常点（10％）で総合的に判断します。

助産学実習に必要な知識と技術について、母性看護方法論、助産診断学、助産技術学などの講義内容を十分自己学習する
Please self-learn the content of lectures on maternity nursing methodology, midwifery diagnosis, and midwifery technique in order to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for midwifery practice.
〇
